It's not what it shows in the picture. When I got it, I was surprised at how small it was and that the tip is too much to find out that other places don't charge this money, in any case, it's not worth the money we pay.
I'm not happy with delivery. Three last times I had issues with FedEx. Plus it took more than a week to clear customs etc. I prefer DHL.
Im discouraged to make purchases when I think of the hassle I get with the local delivery, phone calls, mails etc with FedEx

I have bought 13 items from here and out of the 13 items, around 6 being rings, 3 of the ring's stones have fallen out within the 1st week of wearing them. Other than that, it's an easy site to use and bid on. Thanks.
The photos of the jewelry are very enlarged and not at all representative of what you are going to get! The necklace I thought I ordered was about as thin as a human hair with the tiniest 'gold' balls that it made me laugh! I learned a huge lesson about trusting these offers and I AM DONE.
I have never seen anything like this. This business should be SHUT DOWN. Really BAD, BAD, service. They do not respond to emails. The phone number changed. Items not as described. Fake bidding information. The owner should be held accountable. DO NOT BUY or you'll be sorry as I am.
The Jewelry Room made the whole process easy, from the first bid until the delivery (when the parcel was carefully placed in the safe shelter outside my front door). The item I received was beautiful, true to the picture and true to the description. The payment process is easy to follow and it doesn't take long to fill in the necessary details.
Some items won in bid delivered. Others not delivered as apparent the item was not even manufactured and then lated advised the order cancelled. However refund was sent. Have not yet received and not advised which item/s are missing. Why have an auction when items not available.
OK! I really don't care for rings that are plated because the plating always rubs off then they look like CRAP. I like the stones in these rings.
The only thing I really didn't care for is you shipping, $20.00 for your first item then so much for each item afterwords. Gets expensive and your paying more for shipping than you pay for the items.
The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.
I requested a refund on this chain it was paper thin couldn't even see it so was very disappointed.
Before this bought a necklace that was over a thousand dollars was supposed to be valued at $15.000

I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site.
Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?
I don't think they are very good when it comes to business. They don't hesitate to take their payments. But they definitely procrastinate when it comes to sending your items. I have sent multiple messages to their customer service. All they tell me is that they are waiting for New York postal service to ship the items. I have googled them and no company comes up for their shipping company. Highly ridiculous!

Yes, customer Candis did make purchases from JewelryRoom. Orders shipped on-time, but few of her items got delayed.
Candis has also contacted us 8 times between August 29 to December 2,2021, although our staff each time has replied to all of her emails within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we may not have handled the situation correctly.
Therefore, we sincerely apologize for the delay and mis-handling the situation.
We have no excuses, no explanation, nor does the customer want to hear our excuses. Bottomline, we did not deliver her orders timely. We apologize and are sorry for this matter.
But what actually happened to her orders?
During that time, our diamond vendor from New York City had items to be sold in JewelryRoom. They were having issues with U.S. customs and shipment during the heavy global virus period. With the new shipping restrictions and rules, which has caused many interruptions to our transition.
It is like eBay. Usually the vendor will list items at our auction, and then ship them to JewelryRoom for verification. When the auction ends, we will ship the verified item to the winning customer.
What have we improved due to this situation?
Because this situation has occurred a few times in the past, we now no longer list an item for our vendor into our auction, if the product is not in our hands.
We have fine tuned our system since last year 2022.

The prices are so cheap... and there is a reason for this - the stock it terrible.
I ordered a ring for $200us I waited 8 weeks, the good I received were shipped from Hong Kong - on opening the parcel the ring was terrible - I wouldn't even wear it - terrible quality & cheap looking - think kids jewellery & the worst thing - there is no returns details & the website doesn't even have a contact us page.
Be warned - this is a rip off!

Not good I have been waiting on things o ordered beginning of last month
Still waiting for my ring from 3weeks ago I ordered and payed it and I have not even got it cost$372 and they said it has to came to the office to be shipped out. I received jewelry that wasn't marked for the 18k gold. Looks as if the had just made it. Has 3 holes on the band. No certificate like stated on auction itself. I'll have to have sent out to make sure it is what they said it is. I've bought 2 rings and 2 necklaces expecting what the info on the auction to be accurate but once I finally navigated through the site and finally found faq page is said they don't send the certificates. They should have to be completely up front. But obviously they don't! I tired to contact jewelryroom but the every time I tried to click on the contact it would kick me back to the main page. The PJR is very DECEPTIVE. Whether you say it is not related to the value of the item or not - t is assumed it has some relationship to the item - or why put it there. If it is used by you as a come-on at shows - then it is out and out FRAUD and DECEPTIVE. You need to put a REAL RANGE OF THE ITEM VALUE, as well as a search for what similar items may have sold for in the past. Without that information, I will NOT BE BACK.
Love the sight and was able to find beautiful pieces, however, it would be great if orders could be paid for in installments, and once paid in full the order should be shipped.
Answer: Shipping can take up to 8 weeks. If you want it in a hurry forget it. If you get tired of waiting ask for a refund.
