Its now been 8 weeks & still no refund & no answers. According to my return tracking they received my return on June 29th. Everytime I reach out to their customer service with questions like "is it possible your shipment department made a mistake or lost my return" I get just a standard, the same standard answer which is "If our shipment dept. confirms your return we will let you know" which is no answer. They have my return & my money. The Better Business Bureau tried to get involved by contacting them and they ignored their messages. Any reputable company would take the tracking showing delivery & issue a refund. This company will not even answer questions like how long do refunds usually take etc. Its like they have a book of standard sayings and thats it. I need help getting my refund but I no longer know really where to turn. If any one has suggestions Im open to them. In the meantime think long and hard about buying from this company. Ive heard of fake gold & gems so what seems to good to be true & then theres me. If you have any trouble and you need to return good luck. I did everything right getting company approval to return. Sending with a trackable label & Im out $135. Use me as a BUYER BEWARE

We are aware the process was much slower than expected due to the Globe Virus. Althrough we have 100% fully refunded your invoice. In the past, all returned items must be carefully review by our jewelry expert to ensure the item is legit. We have also learned how to improve and speed up our return policy. I ordered a fairly expensive emerald ring from Jewlery Room. I waited 5.5 weeks for a delivery. When it came the emerald was a milky lime green so I contacted customer service who said could return no problem. I enclosed a copy of the invoice & the customer sevice email & mailed with USPS & it was delivered to them on June 29th. I waited fot my refund but it didn't come. As of today its been 29 days. They refuse to refund my money saying it has to be confirmed by their shipment dept. When I ask how long that will take or ask for a supervisor I get no response. Ive sent them proof of return & delivery but they are refusing I am at my wits end & I don't know what to do. Ive thought about calling my local news station which helps getting money back & contact the Better Business Bureau & FTC & States Att. Generals Office of Hawaii for unfair business practices. I shouldnt have to do this to grt an approved refund. BE CAREFUL BUYERS IF U GET DOMETHING YOU DON"T LIKE OR IS WRONG GOOD LUCK GETTONG REFUND
