Its now been 8 weeks & still no refund & no answers. According to my return tracking they received my return on June 29th. Everytime I reach out to their customer service with questions like "is it possible your shipment department made a mistake or lost my return" I get just a standard, the same standard answer which is "If our shipment dept. confirms your return we will let you know" which is no answer. They have my return & my money. The Better Business Bureau tried to get involved by contacting them and they ignored their messages. Any reputable company would take the tracking showing delivery & issue a refund. This company will not even answer questions like how long do refunds usually take etc. Its like they have a book of standard sayings and thats it. I need help getting my refund but I no longer know really where to turn. If any one has suggestions Im open to them. In the meantime think long and hard about buying from this company. Ive heard of fake gold & gems so what seems to good to be true & then theres me. If you have any trouble and you need to return good luck. I did everything right getting company approval to return. Sending with a trackable label & Im out $135. Use me as a BUYER BEWARE
