Once you pay there is no communication to let you know if your item has been shipped, and in my case it was only when I made contact (which is very difficult to find out how to contact this company) that I found out that they forgot to ship my order and was told that my case was closed without offering me any information if they were going to ship it or just keep my money. I was on the verge of cancelling my PayPal payment when it arrived. There is also a great delay between paying and receiving the goods, several months usually. More communication with customers and improvement in service is needed
