Lack of communication

Once you pay there is no communication to let you know if your item has been shipped, and in my case it was only when I made contact (which is very difficult to find out how to contact this company) that I found out that they forgot to ship my order and was told that my case was closed without offering me any information if they were going to ship it or just keep my money. I was on the verge of cancelling my PayPal payment when it arrived. There is also a great delay between paying and receiving the goods, several months usually. More communication with customers and improvement in service is needed

Product as Expected

Product as expected although a previous purchase (blue diamond) diamond fell out. Just luck I noticed it and was able to retrieve. You have to read descriptions very carefully so you know what to expect but I am OK with that :) Wish there was a better selection of real diamonds. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Bad at helping anyone

Ok so i wone a auction but because you wouldn't except my debit card for three days theni lost my itom that i had wone and then you put a 30 points against me so now i dont have a perfect score against my name but ast the time ran out you let meto use the same card on my next item

The customer basically saying,

"He won an auction, but wasn't able to complete his payment. As the result, he lost the opportunity of checking out. Also gotten remark as non paid bidder"

JR Service Team,

"First, thank you for your business. Today we have reset and removed the remark as non-paid bidder."

"Anthony M. Had a total of three paid invoices during August 2023, which all had been successfully shipped in August 2023."

"One of the unpaid invoices of $64.25 with multiple attempts of failed payment, was shown in our payment gateway data.

For all the reasons why his payment cannot be processed, due to insufficient funds

On August 18, between the time 14:04 to 14:26, within 22 minutes and 10 attempts, his payment failed due to insufficient funds.

On August 18, between the time 17:02 to 17:28, within 26 minutes of 5 attempts, his payment failed due to the same reason of insufficient funds.

The best way to resolve this issue, is to contact your credit card bank by phone to verify why the amount is unable to process.

Very often, even if the cardholder deposits funding into the credit card. The bank may not process immediately. Therefore, may cause issue with payment. It's best to contact the bank.

As for fairness, receiving 1 star negative feedback is really unfair if the issue is not within our control.

Regarding 2 items that I paid for in separate auctions at nearly the same time, 1) I was not offered the opportunity to pay for them together (in a single transaction,) thus incurring separate shipping fees; and 2) One of the orders still has not been received, nearly 2 weeks after I paid for it. At the amount you charge for shipping, you should be processing and shipping these small items much more quickly.

"The 1st invoice which you paid and checkouted with is 2 won auction items in 1 order invoice. Combine shipment has applied in that invoice. Later, the same day that evening, you won another auction and have checkout. Our system cannot back track from previous payment to adjust shipping charges, since the first order invoice has been completed. Which maybe the same for most online checkout systems."

"Therefore, we have to follow how customer checkout. There are some customer prefer not to stack all items into single package, for many reasons, such as having a small mailbox, avoid custom fee & charges etc."

"Your last paid invoice, also has combined with 2 won auction, and combined shipment has applied during your checkout."

Customer said,

"2) One of the orders still has not been received, nearly 2 weeks after I paid for it. At the amount you charge for shipping, you should be processing and shipping these small items much more quickly."

Super slow shipping
