I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and bought a ring for my wife. We got the ring and it was too small. I had my wifes finger sized before ordering the ring and the jewelers said she was a 7 1/2 so thats what I ordered. The ring was too small and Jeulia said that they would exchange the ring but needed to know the proper size. We went to another jeweler and had her finger measured again and it was still a 7 1/2. I had taken the ring from Jeulia and the jeweler measured it for me and it was a 7. The jeweler advise us to get an eight because the ring was part of a set. I sent the so called 7 1/2 ring back and Jeulia sent me another ring labeled with a size 8 which I the local jeweler recommended. This ring was too small as well. It is now apparent to me that these people do not know what they are doing and do not care. I have now spent 4 weeks trying to sort this out. Today I told them to keep my money and I will take this ring to a local jeweler and pay more money for them to expand the ring to fit my wifes finger. Conclusion: BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFFS!
My ring came very quick and was as beautiful as I imagine it would be. Its a very good quality and very gorgeous.
I was happy to order two rings from Jeulia, thinking that I could return one if I didn't like it. Well, that was a huge mistake! Did not see the Terms that note that if you buy any size other than specific full sizes that they offer, you can not return for a refund. I will keep both rings but you can bet I will NEVER purchase another ring from this company again, and I will make sure all my facebook friends don't buy anything either. You lost more than one customer because of your ridiculous policies, BTW even though I did look at the terms I found nothing like that mentioned only after they sent me a page to look at did I read their $#*!ty practice.

My ring didnt get to me in time for an event and I paid 20$ expedited shipping so I asked for a shipping refund. They replied with a thank you for ordering only. Bad customer service and I have yet to get my ring
