The products that I received were great - good quality. If you need an item from Choxi in a hurry, you're out of luck. Don't order something that you need right away because you will be disappointed. Give yourself plenty of time to receive items.
I have been taking the time to fill out these surveys about products. So many i love. A couple - not so cool. For instance, the "eyeliner eyeshadow" pencil -- there is NO eyeliner as described... no one has contacted me. I would think w/ such an error you all would say "ooops, yes, we'll refund you." Also wrote about the shoes for my daughter and how the sizing is way off.
As i said... 85% of my experience w/ Choxi is positive... but these few times that not great products come my way and no one responds to my review - then i don't feel so great about it all.
Bought a new in box cell phone. Broke after 3 months of use and could not get service from Samsung to fix it. Choxi would not do anything about it. Will only buy from repeatable sites now. Never again buy from them, junk sold.
I am pleased with my shoes and the table top nail polish holder. My order came in a timely manner and I also had free shipping. Nomorerack now Choxi is great! I always find a bargain or something I've never seen before anywhere else.
I placed my first order over a year ago. Now this is the site I look to first before even thing of searching else where. No problems with them ever. Haven't needed to return a single thing. People like what I order and I end up getting their gifts from here too. Excellent quality of items always and can't beat the prices. Love you Choxi!
Did not receive multiple items I ordered and paid for. Took a very long time to resolve and i was not given my money back... just store credit. Do not order anything you really truly want from Choxi! Its hit or miss if you will actually receive it
I ordered the 2-Piece Set: Fleece-Lined Thermal Top & Pants. I love how soft they are and how warm they kept me in below zero temps. My only small disappointment with them is that there was a small blue ink like stay on the sleeve. Since I'm wearing them under clothing, it didn't bother me to much... I washed them before wearing.
Ordered three items at the same time. After two weeks, only one item was delivered. Second item greatly delayed. After one month and an email, was told third item is no longer available. To be honest, since the name change, things like this have been occurring more often.
Ordered a number of items, all delivered quickly and the prices (along with the $10.00 coupon) were so well worth it. My DVD player is fantastic, and I just got a faux fur throw which I cuddle up with every night. Thank you Choxi! I'm spreading the news!
I ordered 2 Mister's it's a little spray bottle that sprays a fine mist of cool water on a hot day they were only $9.00 each the money was taken out of my bank but I never received the items. I already deleted the e mails etc. This is the first time they forgot me all other times I give 5 stars
I have ordered a few things from Choxi. I highly recommend signing up for their e-mails since many days they offer free shipping for three hours and will notify you via e-mail. They also offer money off of a certain dollar figure purchase as well... all via e-mail notifications. I ordered a couple of pairs shoes from them and one was a terribly different in color from the picture. They offered me a free shipping label and credit towards something else which was fine with me. The other pair was perfect. Other items I ordered came in a fair amount of time and just as described. I do believe there are some things for sale on this sight that I would classify as "junk" so do your homework. Read product descriptions. I Google brands I'm uncertain of because I'm not a "take it at face value" sort of lady. But, I will definitely shop the site again since I haven't any type of problem that would make me not shop with them...
I contacted Choxi regarding the arrival of my order. I received immediate response by a customer service representative. They provided me with a current status. Further follow up provided an exact delivery date. I'm always excited to shop Choxi!
The tooth whitening strips were very inferior. They are so thin that they will not come off the plastic strip without falling apart. They ball up when you try to put them on your teeth.
The mattress pad I ordered was not available. I didn't know this until I emailed Choxi to ask about it. I never received a notice to inform me that the company would not be sending me my purchase.
I love shopping at Choxi. There are many great deals and new stuff all the time. The items arrive quickly in excellent condition. Once a day there is free shipping but even when it's not free it's so reasonable.
I first ordered this particular item on 3/19 order number ******* for $46. I was told that my money would be credited to my card since the distributor can not honor his commitment. Then I was told that the same item is in stock for a higher price $54. So I reordered it today 4/14. Hopefully I will receive this one. So I'm not happy but yet I'm glad I still have a chance to receive the merchandise. So thank you this won't stop me from being a regular customer. We don't live in a perfect world. Have a nice day.
I have had all good experiences shopping with Choxi. I love the products, the prices and the shipping, especially when you catch the free shipping. Delivery is never an issue and the product reflects the description. Be aware of your knowledge of jewelry. Choxi describes it exactly, even down to the mm, so know you sizes. I have bought many items. Some were intended for gifts, but I kept them for myself. Now if I see something I really like, I order two. I can honestly say I have not had buyers remorse at all. Yes stay away! It doesn't get any worse than this. I really don't think that the company actually exists anymore. When it was Nomorerack it was awesome. Now that it is Choxi, nothing that I have ordered has ever been shipped. Now they will not refund my money... will only provide an online refund. So my Choxi account has a refund but it can't be used since the products are just not available. Communication with customer service... well now they won't respond to my requests at all.
Have emailed your company concerning an item (watch) I haven't received as of this date. I placed the order on 09/04/2015. The 3 times I inquired was for a update and possible ship date but have never heard back from anyone. This will put your company on my S&$@ list and probably the "do not use list" maybe you can find out what the issue is here.
After ordering a set of sheets a few months ago, I was thrilled with the whole process. However, I recently ordered an additional two sets and haven't received them yet! It's been at least 3 weeks to a month since I ordered them and I can't check on the order because I don't have any information. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

One of the items purchased was not sized correctly. There apparently is no quality assurance here. The dog harness was sized by the neck in inches w/o regard to a dog's shoulders. It would have fit fine if my god's legs stuck out of her upper neck region. Also the leash (the webbing material it's made of) was of extremely poor quality. Customer Service took forever to agree to provide the refund plus return postage.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
