O ordered a set of sheets paid for them and never received them. They blocked me from their site. Will never call me back. They rip you off. Don't do business with them. They are criminals.
Many months of brush off and run around... only to find the website doesn't work and their email no longer works and they stole my money from me. So much for trying to be nice a patient with them. Thieves and liars.
I placed an order on 7/22/20 and my credit card was charged almost immediately. As of this writing (12/2/20) I still have not received my order.
As everyone else, sometimes I would get these canned responses indicating that due to COVID-19, the vendor has not been able to access the warehouse. What does this mean?
I have sent numerous emails and finally sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled and the amount paid be fully refunded.
I have heard nothing more from this company and needless to say, have not received my refund.
I had to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. I definitely will not order from them again.
11/4/20 Order # *******. I have not received belt I've tried to call and no one answers and I sent e-mail and I got 1 reply that said ordered was approved on 10-26-20? Still no order. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau,
Six months and I still have not received my order, they don't respond to emails, and make excuses over the phone.
Received one item of an order. Item was priced at $16.99 and could not have been worth $4. Two months after placing the order, another item still had not been delivered. I inquired, and a customer rep said it was to ship the coming weekend. I sent another email a few weeks ago. They did not respond but did delete me from their marketing emails. It has now been more than three months since the order was placed. I also called, and no one picked up the line after more than 15 minutes. I disconnected, which is likely what they wanted.
They will take your money and run. Then good luck trying to get any response from them. Awefull!

I ordered 3 items in May 25th. Was told it was going to ship late. When I called back in June, I was told it will be shipped in July, July came and I called again and I was told it will be shipped in First week of August. It was never shipped. Then I was told it will be shipped at end of August when I called again. Then when I called again firs week in September, Then by Las Monday, It was never shipped and I had to keep calling for an update. Eventually got my refund as item out of stock but the company had the item on sale several times during the last few months. Now telling me after 5 months out of stock, Horrible company,

Placed an order on 4/28/20 for 2 pairs of earrings for a gift for my daughters. Knowing my daughters would love this surprise I was excited for my purchase; however, this excitement has turned to frustration and disappointment! I was charged immediately for the earrings; I have checked multiple times as to my order status and every time my order states it is approved to ship with the current date. When I questioned it legitimacy of this company I was told my product was I feel hoodwinked by this company I was told my order is in shipping. Oh sure they have the status now saying the "Shipping Label" was created but still waiting for the product. This is ridiculous! This company is using customer's money, FOR FREE, for months without having to send product out. The items I ordered are still available on their website so I know that others are getting the same run around. Save the frustration and don't order anything from this company. I know I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again!
I placed an order on 3/29/2020. Although they immediately charged me, and failed to give my 20% off, they did not "process" my order for 18 days. Now 3 months after processing the order it has still not shipped. In the time in between they have given me 3 separate ship dates. Each passed without the merchandise being shipped. When I called and spoke with them again today they said it would be the first 2 weeks of next month, just as they have said before. Seems to be the standard lie. The customer service person said it was due to COVID. The item supposedly ships from the United States. I requested a refund this time. They sent me an email acknowledging that I requested a refund. In the email they said that the reason it had not shipped was due to unexpectedly heavy sales volume. Yet another lie. All of this time JClub continues to sell the item on their site. That means that they are taking customer's money with absolutely no intention of shipping the item any time soon IF at all! I will NEVER use this company again. Do not waste your time because NOTHING that they tell you will be the truth.
After 3 months I am still trying to get my orders from them. I get excuse after excuse, am told different dates the items will ship, and nothing is sent out. From other reviews I see I'm not the only one. This company should not be in business, they just take customers' money and pretend they'll send out items. With the current world situation, I would understand a few weeks delay, but not several months. Other companies are able to send out items. Why not this one?

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
