Your company failed to give refunds on returned merchandise. Even after two of your representatives were notified. I lost between $90 and $100 in refunds.

While I love their merchandise, their customer service needs help! I needed to know how to return a pair of mens shoes. I bought two pairs knowing one of them would fit my husband, but when buying online, you don't know until you get them. Naturally, the first pair he tried on did fit him. The others had to go back. BEFORE my problem was solved, Choxi sent emails stating: "Your request (#*******) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email or click the link below:
https://choxi.zendesk.com/hc/requests/*******." My request was NOT solved. They need to better understand what it feels like to have someone claim your problem is solved when it was definitely not solved at that time. Thank you.
This review relates to my first purchase with Choxi. I bought three very small items. They all arrived in good condition and are of good quality. The purchasing process was very easy. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because they seemed to take an inordinately long amount of time to arrive and each was sent separately. Now I understand that this last part may not be under Choxi's control, as the items are probably drop-shipped from the manufacturer or some middle-man, but it still was unexpected and annoying. Other than that, everything was great.
Item ordered over three weeks ago and has not shipped. Choxi customer service just gives a boiler plate response. Even a phone call did not help. They will not call or contact their supplier for status. This is totally unacceptable. We have purchased a number of items from them and never had any problem. There will be no problem in the future, because we will not order from them again. Too many other discount places on the web to put up with poor customer service!
When Choxi was Nomorerack, I gave them 5 stars. Their service has deteriorated significantly. In the last year and a half, 4/5 of my orders were not filled. Moreover, shipments take weeks when they do fulfill your order. You; re better off using Buy.com for electronics and Overstock.com for household articles. A watch that was $115 on Choxi was $96 on Overstock. Moreover, these two vendors get your stuff to you in a week or less.
I've been a fan of this site from the beginning. Their customer service is great; make sure when you purchase something it's returnable if you have any hesitation about the item. I made that mistake; but it was my fault so just pay attention. I still love the site I'm just smarter!
Great customer service, awesome products, generous frequent customer gifts ($10 off coupons every couple of weeks in my email) and low cost shipping! Most of the deals say they have a time limit, but I usually run across them over and over, so even if you miss something the first time it will generally turn up again... and if there is a problem with any product their customer service will refund your money with no hassle.
I was very satisfied with my recent orders for sheets. They were received within a matter of days. The ordering process is easy with an option of protection through the Google Trusted Stores program(free). Also free delivery is offered during a certain time period provided by Choxi. I am notified via e-mail of this capability.
Sometimes it seems to take too long to receive orders, but I understand that they come from different suppliers, so it isn't that big a thing.
I am most happy w/bedding items(sheets). Not always pleased w/personal wear items. Have found some poorly made, or chintzy! Have not really ordered any very large items like household furnishings, or electronics. So cannot comment on them.
I have been using Choxi for awhile now and have been very pleased. I look forward to seeing new deals appear when I receive there email! It is like Christmas every month! Good value for most of the item they offer ata a great price. The 2 dollar shipping is just another bonus as well...
I have ordered electronics as well as a few different health & wellness products from Choxi. If you take advantage of their free shipping offers and VIP credit deals, you can really save a bundle. I have also gotten three different magazine subscriptions for free as a bonus on my order.
My only criticism is relating to shipping. About half the items I purchased arrived within a reasonable time (1-2 weeks). But others have taken considerably longer. In fact, I am still waiting for three items that were ordered about one month ago.
Overall, I'm pleased with what I purchased through Choxi. The charging cord took a long time to arrive and is very slow when in use, but the other items all arrived quickly or reasonably quickly, and have been of very high quality.
Have very good experience with Choxi. No hassles, quick response, good prices and products. About all you can ask for in an online web site. Their discount offer for customers is a good incentive to shop.
Really enjoyed ordering from Choxi. Always had good quality purchases. Then all of a sudden Choxi quit delivering to my home, for what reason I do not know. Tried a couple times more and it would not go through. So I stopped.
If you're diligent, you can get a lot of gift and necessity shopping done here - just be careful not to buy things because they are a good deal! (guilty:-)
I've ordered well over 100 products over the years and have always been satisfied. Once or twice a shipping issue arises and they are very good at resolving quickly. One of my favorite sites.
Ordered a great pair of boots and at a great price; however, since my instep starts practically at my ankles could not get them on. Returned the next day, with ALL instructions followed Been 10 days and still have not received credit. This slow delay will certainly affect what I order.
Better quality. Quicker delivery. They keep me better informed about any problems with an order. More compliments from those that get to see what I bought from this company. Choxi is so much better than it was as NoMoreRacks. I love them.
Orders say completed, but I have been waiting a month for the bug zapper. They have the worst website for giving you any kind of shipping information. By the time I get it the bugs will be gone. I emailed customer service and just got basically no answer to my questions. The old web site was wonderful. This site is horrible, and I'm sure you can find the exact items they sell elsewhere, which is where I'm going to shop from now on.
Bought some things in November with promises by Christmas... failed to fulfill this... I was given "store" credit. Ordered something recently and they can't find it... more store credit.
Why would I want to ever shop here again?
Now stuck with MORE credit...
They claim to have "customer support" but all I get is standard scripted responses by people who cannot write English.
Choxi sucks!
I have ordered from Choxi 3 times and each time has been great. Shipping can sometimes take awhile to receive your packages but other than that, the prices are great and shipping is cheap if not free. I had one problem with something that didn't work when I received it, and Choxi immediately credited my account because they were unable to send another item. I will continue to shop with them in the future.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
