Choxi my new go-to. The orders that I placed were dealt with quickly, efficiently and almost effortlessly. As an MBA student, if they offered me a job, I'd grab it. They're business sense is spot on!

The boots I ordered were exactly as described and fit perfectly thanks to the hint to order one size larger. They arrived a day earlier than expected which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend everyone buy these boots.
I've bought about 20-25 items on Choxi, and have been pleased with almost every purchase. The one item that I didn't like--I was able to receive a refund; less restock fee. I used Choxi for 50% of my Christmas shopping as it was so convenient and they have good "free shipping" specials. They also send me $10 off coupons periodically, which are helpful, and of course keep me coming back. Thanks Choxi!

It is always a please to buy from choking, however the searching is very frustrating one can spend hours going through horrendous list that has no ending only to encounter the same items repeatedly throughout. Sometimes I just give up and don't buy anything.

I ordered Sterling Silver necklaces for my daughters as Christmas gifts, and they are stunning! I can't wait to see them on the girls. My Customer Service experience was both pleasant and efficient. I submitted a concern via email which was promptly answered (within 24 hours) by an individual as opposed to the standard auto-reply we have come to expect. The CSR provided the information I requested and did so with a pleasant attitude. I especially appreciate that because I have worked in retail/customer service during the holidays. People often take out their frustrations on you, and it can be difficult to stay positive.
I enjoy browsing on Choxi. To be honest, it's generally best for little fun purchases rather than necessities, as things sell out so fast. But the prices are so low that I can justify an occasional little indulgence.
I have ordered a lot from this site over the years. Each time has been great! They have lots of name brand products and items that I can not find anywhere else- all at discounted prices. If I have an issue with my order after I receive it, they always make it right with no questions asked! Love them! Recommended to you family and friends.
Even though there have been some items that I have returned, only to exchange for others, the shopping experience here has been very good. Now if we can work on the speed of delivery then everything would be great. But customer service and response is very professional and reliable.
Experience is quite good. I would like a phone number, but they like e-mail for communication. Variety of items for sale at reasonable prices if you consider tax and shipping fees... you have to do the math. It's always nice to be able to return something to an actual store without keeping the post office in revenue, but it's your choice. I've been very satisfied with their customer service. It's fun to shop at this site!

And constant pain in my neck and back, I have found relief using the portable full body vibration machine ( using it for a week). Am hoping to relieve pain in my arms and hands and legs with continual use. All of this caused by a careless speeding driver on his cell phone. Other purchases have been super at cheap prices. No, I will never use them again. The delivery of my 3 items took forever. After 20 day I am still waiting on a item. There are too many other better sites to use than them like Amazon, RetailMenot.

Everything I've ordered comes in a quick time. Some things don't exactly look like the picture but are still good quality. I've ordered jewelry, shoes, even replacement head for my toothbrush. I am very satisfied with the product.
When an article of clothing is no longer available, it should be stated on the site or upon purchase. An article I ordered 3 different times and was charged to my credit card ended up not available weeks later. Now I wait for the 2 to 10 working days before a refund. Too frustrating to shop this way. Sorry, I can't give a good rating even though the price may be attractive.

Shopped on site for some time and have experienced very little dissatisfaction. Buy items mostly as gifts for others with happy results. Enjoy the free shipping, and how they thank their customers with $10.00 off promotions, etc.
I enjoy the variety and selection of items. Gives me good ideas for gifts and the price seems to be better than other on-line sellers. I've learned from experience to check out items carefully before ordering, however, because some products are super-miniaturized as compared to what one may expect from the illustrations; i. E. tiny toys, jewelry, etc. (hence - the lower pricing). All things considered -- it's still the "biggest bang for the buck "..
My overall ordering experience is great. It was easy and fast. However, I never know when my order is ready to ship. But, so far the product arrived in a reasonable time. I am still waiting for 2 more orders. Price is good.
I've been shopping with Choxi (formerly Nomorerack) for approximately 4 years now and can honestly say that I have not had one negative experience with them. My orders have arrived on time -- Any exchange/refund, though very few, have always been handled with excellent customer service and a smooth transaction. They provide detailed descriptions on every product available to help with customer expectations and to prevent unwanted issues. I understand that there may be some who disagree with this review, but I firmly believe that if we would thoroughly read the details in the descriptions provided on the products on sale it would certainly prevent negative experiences. Every product I've ordered - handbags, jewelry and much more - have met and some even exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love Choxi and will continue to take advantage of this amazing website for so many of my needs, and yes, especially my wants.;-)

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
