Have been E-mailing & calling them since early July to re-activate my account, but they don't. No reason for it given. I was a good customer. Returns-supplier's mistake-were taken care of. But no many times I contact them, they don't reactivate my account. And I was a good, steady customer.
Have use it for all my vegetables that need to be sliced and diced and it works kike a charm. Everything as advertise and more. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.
I have ordered several items... they have been rather low quality but they were not expensive especially with applied discount. Service appears faster but quality? Not so sure. Missing piece in cookware... did not box back up and return just used old lid... I am not sure if I will continue or not.
Ordered a pair of shoes, didn't receive them for a while. Texted a response received a response in return with a credit to my account. Reordered and received the order promptly.

I purchased a blackberry phone and when I got it I realized it's not the kind I want. They responded right away without question, sent me the instructions with return label.
My order came sooner than I expected and the infuser bottle I ordered was good quality at a reasonable price
Works great. Have three others in this product line. Was surprised at how large this one is. Looks the same but is twice as thick as my others. Bought it for my wife who won't use it because it's too large. More info on the product would have helped with my decision to buy.
Do not like the double ordering which has happened too often!

I enjoy seeing all the different things they have to offer. I have shopped a lot with them. The only thing now I'am not pleased with is they have stopped useing PAY PAL as a payment. I don't always have the cash on hand for payment and my PAY PAL was a great way for me to shop. Please bring it back.
I have gotten great products and service. You can't beat these prices.
I ordered Big Sis bracelet, they sent Lil Sis bracelet and when I sent it back for the right one, I received the standard insert saying I would have to pay my own postage if it was necessary to send back again...
They need to treat returns on a one on one basis. The mistake was there's not mine.
Otherwise... the product quality was better then expected.
Products are just as advertised and everything comes as expected.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
