Everything is great, products, shipping and easy returns
They are great most of the times. But not always! Sometimes my order was messed up but then they re-shipped missing items. I had requested them to accept one boxed item in return after 30 days but they didn't accept. Then, I complained and they gave me a credit which worked ok.
I've ordered and received several items from clothing to kitchen appliances to novelties. I've been very happy with most of them. Prices are good but one has to read carefully the product descriptions. For instance a picture may show a clothing item and it looks like 100% cotton, read for that in the description.
I am very pleased with the ease of placing an order on Choxi, pleased with their pricing, pleased with their swift shipment of my order. The item I purchased this time was exactly what I expected and I have been satisfied with everything I have ever purchased from this sight.
Many of the things I've bought has fallen apart or doesn't work properly! I bought blue tooth earphones and they're so crappy. Constantly struggle to connect to my phone. Also a dress I bought has seams coming undone and the pad in the chest area ripped in half. The sheets I bought keep coming off my mattress!
Not everything is bad. I love the suitcase set I bought. That was a great deal! I also loved the purse I bought.

After 2 weeks and I had not received tracking info, I wrote to Customer Service. They looked into it and within a week I had my order, but it was not the color I ordered. I wrote Customer Service again and I was sent a return label and after a week or more I received the correct item. This was about a month or more to receive the item.
I was very pleased with the look but the quality was not what I expected. I have always been more than pleased with your service. Your flat shipping rate always keep me coming back for items I am currently looking for.
I ordered a game controller for ps3 that took a long time to be shipped! Then when it finally came it was the wrong color n not working as well as the one we bought in the store! My son was very disappointed and does not like using it! It was a waste of time and money! Will not recommend this product to anyone!
Tions & washed the sheets before using. She does a lot of quilting & always washes her material first to allow for any minor shrinkage. When I put the sheets on the mattress the corners[Which were advertised as "deep pocketed" would not wrap around the corners. No matter what I tri the sheetys wouldnt make it. This is a nice size tote with a cross body strap, as well as the regular handles. The material and craftmanship are better than expected and the color (watermelon) is beautiful! The price was awesome for $29.00. The purse arrived in a timely manner and I will order again from Handbag Republic on Choxi.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
