Even though there have been some items that I have returned, only to exchange for others, the shopping experience here has been very good. Now if we can work on the speed of delivery then everything would be great. But customer service and response is very professional and reliable.

I ordered a Picard and Cie Women's Bellona watch that had a retail value listed at $525.00. The order sold at a 94% discount and totaled $29.00. The watch arrived and I took it to a jeweler to have the band shortened. I was told the watch was only worth around $5.00 and it was a very good knockoff but the band was even partially plastic. Now I need to go back to my prior jewelry purchases to have them checked out for fraud. NEVER again.

I received instead Seamless Camisoles 2 White, 1 Black, 1 Khaki, 1 Royal Blue and 1 Brown.
I am slightly disappointed as I would have liked the specified colors and style I had ordered.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
