I have bought several items from Choxi and have been very impressed with the service and the fast deliveries. I have no issues at all with their customer service either.
I have received both good and poor quality items. Any issue I addressed was promptly and courteously handled. Although I am cautious when ordering now I do not hesitate when a good deal is nvolved.
I enjoyed shopping with this site when it was nomorerack, but I still receive the same experience as previously. No sure why the name changed but the experience remain the same.

I've ordered from Choxi several times over the last two years, and have been pleased with my purchases the vast majority of the time. One caveat: The summer dresses sold in quantities of 3 or 4 are not great quality for the most part - poor sewing/seams that unravel. Other than that, I've been very pleased with everything else!
I've had a few experience that since I start ordering from Nomorerack/Choxi but it was the shipper and the problems was taken care of. On a whole I am 100% happy when ever I place an order.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
