I have been using the Jauce service for "Japanese Ebay" for several years and keep having problems with "higher dollar" auctions... It seems that even if I place a VERY high bid, they "award" the "win" to a bidder with a much lesser amount... And then come up with some lame excuse, most often just "another bidder placed a higher bid", even if the bidders list shows that I had the last AND highest bid... Not only is this unethical, in many regions it is illegal... On my items "not won" they are always for a particular type of "collectible"item and show no other higher bids in the "bidders list"... And no concrete explanation for why I did not win, nor what the winning bid was. Many times my last bid, way before the auction end, would be 50% and even higher than the "winning"bid shown, and then even with again my bid having been shown as "highest", but funds returned to my account indicating that I was not the winner... And I have spent many thousands of dollars with them... Who knows what they are doing and why? Not win, nor what the winning bid was
Several times over the last 2 years, I have been High Bidder and the item awarded to a "Ghost Bidder" with no name or winning bid shown on the Bidders List... I keep getting some Bulls--t replys... This time, they claim it doesn't show the winner because "Jauce" placed the bid... But they won't do it for me...I am just about through bidding with these Lying Cheaters who are obviously doing favors for someone else...
Here is the auction -- My bid was for 16888 yen...They claim, but cannot show or prove, that another bidder beat me at 17000 yen...Where does it show? Nowhere... And Jauce can not give me a straight and true answer...=------------

This has happened on more than a few Listings, and only on "Desirable Collector Lures"... And I know of several others that have had the same happen to them, 2 fellows I know have stopped using the cheating, lying service known as "Jauce"...
As a service they are fantastic, but I've only just now noticed the charges on my invoices for the goods, and shipping, and then other which is their charges for the packing and storage. My last order was 9500jpy approx. Goods and 9628jpy Shipping but the other was 9231jpy which at the moment is close to £51? On top of the shipping itself which was over £50 it can cost a lot more than I thought so please bare this in mind when buying. Not only that if it gets shipped by DHL they just invoiced me for £49 import duty on £50 worth of goods, this is not Juace fault but in their invoice, I feel it should just be for the value of goods only not the whole charge. For service, you can't fault the excellent way they pack your goods but for me, this will be my last order from Japan as it cost way more than expected.
Although it can be quite expensive to post to the UK you can't say they don't take great care when posting your items. Every item has been wrapped and protected to make sure it arrives in A1 condition. Wish some UK companies would follow the care that these guys do, very happy
Quick and prompt service. I was able to buy multiple items and ship them together!
- Easy to use website
- Clear communication
- Quick shipping
I've used Jauce as far back as 2012 and the consistency with quality packaging and quick shipping has been top notch.
Even in the pandemic shipping slowdown they were super helpful.
Great platform, awesome packages and customer service!
Around 2 years buying from Jauce, Fast shipping to USA. Great and awesome packages. Extremely care with all my items! AAAAA+++++ company!
The packaging is very good and carefully made. I would like to make one more addition, I know that it is not Jauce.com's fault, but it must be mentioned in this way as well. The auction: g*******427 - https://www.jauce.com/auction/g*******427
The product has arrived with a major defect, broken inside. The seller did not specify anything about this as having a broken clutch inside.
In the product description from Jauce auction, the seller specified that the product is "unused" (ITEM CONDITION)!
I am very disappointed with this incidence.
I hope I can recoup some of the money given on this (now) museum piece.
Thank you Jauce for your promptness and professionalism.
At first I was a little bit skeptical as to if the item I was bidding on would be legitimate and if it was and I won auction of item would shipping go smoothly. Well I won the auction and everything went as smooth as it possibly could go! I already received my item and it was packed very secure. Sometimes Jauce took about a day to respond to my questions but that's because Japans time is different than US. So if you're in US and using Jauce I want future customers to be aware of that. Jauce will answer your messages and questions in understandable english. Thank you Jauce! You helped me find and squire a rare and one of a kind car part that I have been searching for for months!
The platform is clear and perfectly working.
The communication, even if overseas, is quick and responsive.
I would like to use it again (especially for Yahoo Japan Auctions) but, although there's an expenses calculator, I've noticed many fees aftewards the auction was won. The final amount was a little bit more consistent than the expectations, especially the 10% fee that Yahoo Auctions took was not mentioned on the FAQ i previously read.
Anyway timing, packaging and the product I bought were exactly as I supposed to be.
I live in Denmark and i have bought things from Jauce 4 times and every time i was surprised how excellent all the things was packed.
All the things was first class.
I have 100% confidence to Jauce and the things i have bought there and will buy in the future.
All the best from here and 5 star is not enough.
Kind Regards Henning Nielsen

This is the 7th package I have received and I have also used all delivery options now. Packaging has been exceptional in all cases and all items look like they have always been packaged with care and attention to protect the items.
This is my second of many future purchases from your site. May I say you're handling (packing) department is top notch!
These item are usually very fragile and one of a kind in most cases and they are handled that way by your shipping department hats off to them!
I have bought multiple items from this service. Very trustworthy. Items are very well packed and always safe, never damaged. The website is super. Can find out any information about bidding and transactions very easily.
This is about the 13th package that has been sent to me. It is amazing how each one has been carefully and professionally wrapped so that I receive it so well protected. Thank you Jauce and those who do the wrapping.
