The staff at James Free is always responsive. I live out of state and have ordered from James Free multiple times; shipping is fast and they are always willing to special order items that they do not currently have in stock.

My fiancé and I had an awesome experience shopping at James Free recently. I purchased an Omega watch, and we also knocked out the shopping for our wedding bands. The team at James Free, especially Sophia in Cincinnati, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Will be making the trip from Columbus in order to continue shopping with JF in the future.

I went to James Free to have my wedding ring and bands reset. The staff was very helpful, and extremely professional. I ended up having a new setting created by their in-house designer.
