I almost ordered a dress thru this Izi site, my credit card company blocked it and that is the only thing that saved me! Then, I started to read these reviews... thank you everyone for you honesty, my wedding was almost ruined!

I wish I'd seen this website before ordering the dress. It was like a cartoon of the dress in the picture - I would give everything but shipping no stars if I could. Also, according to their refund policy (be sure to read it all, wish I had) you can only get back 50% of your price - if you get anything at all. Also you only have 3 days to return it from the day it was dropped off - which in my case was on a Friday with a Monday holiday meaning I couldn't meet these requirements. I would also mention that the material was very cheap and had a bad smell. This isn't the only website offering these dresses - I've seen this same dress on almost all of them - the package came from China and my credit charge came through a London office which prompted my credit company to challenge it. So, my advice is buyer BEWARE.
Another unhappy customer. I'm pretty sure this company doesn't have original designs but copies pictures. We ordered 2 dresses and the one was okay but the other looked nothing like the picture - lots of beading and bling that was not on the picture. The picture indicated a soft material but this dress turned out stiff. When I asked to return they said it was exactly like the picture and that I didn't have justification for a complaint. Wrong - I've looked and looked at the picture and because you don't have a chance to see up close it doesn't show up and they have room for explaining their goofs away. I don't recommend ordering from this company - the dresses are well made but you will be disappointed.
They send you a standard size and tell you it is custom made, therefore not returnable. Phone calls go to a number in Canada, never returned. Finally just caught someone in. If the dress doesn't fit or is not acceptable, it is your loss. Give it to a charity and write off the loss.
This shoe is comfortable and the heel is not too high. I would recommend them to any bride. The size is true to the chart. I love the comfort. Could not believe how comfortable they were. They are a perfect fit and go perfect with my dress. Came right on time and the service was great.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When they say you can return the dress you cannot they will not give you an address to return. I wear a size 8 dress, it came in about a size 6. The other one was not size 8 according to the measurements. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company.
The worst nightmare I ever had! The dress was sewn wrong, wrong size, stains, snags. Had to get a seamstress to testify to my compaint. Sent it back to China. Still have not received my money back. They keep calling me to drop the dispute I have against them with my bank. A true horror story! Don't go there! Stay away!. L. Lee
The fabrics are very good, and how the dresses are finished is like from a very professional tailor. I made two of them with my own size and I would recommended to everyone. You can even modify how long you want them. It is really good service.
I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on the internet. Then when I got, it looked like garbage. The beading looked like it was about to fall off and they did not used good material. It was horrible. They would not even let me return it! I spent almost $200 on that thing! They do not treat there customers fairly and in a good way. I DO NOT recommend this website if your looking to buy something worth wearing and in public. And if I went to fix it somewhere, I would have to pay even more money for that piece of junk!
It took over 6 weeks to get my dress and I received it the week of the wedding. I ordered a size bigger than I wear and it was still too small. When I was repacking to return, I saw that you only had 3 days to return. It came from China. So I wasted 187.00 on a beautiful dress that is sitting in a package in my closet. Will never do this again. Lesson learned.
Although I have not ordered from izidress, through reading comments on their website, I noticed some strange things. Some comments under certain dresses refer to a dress under a different name. Also, some comments thank "fabprettydresses" or "prom girl", two other cheap dress sites, so I assume they are all working for the same company. I found three review in a row of people with the name "Magda". Something doesn't seem right here...
I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! They are the most fraudulent site out there. They charged my mother $300 to purchase a wedding dress for my wedding and my sisters wedding. Mind you, mine is only 3 weeks away. My sister is over 6 months away. They came back hacked up with scissors, over 8" too short and the stitching wasn't even executed right. The dress was falling apart from every direction just by grabbing it out of the bag. They will charge you 1/2 of your refund just for a "restocking" fee, plus you have to pay for shipping back to China... I really wish I could post a picture of how atrocious these dresses look. If I don't have all of my money back, I am suing for fraud!
This product was beautiful once I put it on. My husband loved it. Thanks for the nice shopping experience.The material is excellent, the rhinestone work is very detailed. The dress even has a built in bra, which I was not expecting. The dress, even though it was folded, did not wrinkle.
I should have read all the reviews from everyone but I was in a hurry and did not.
Dresses are cheap and not like the photos. They will not work with you and return policy sucks.

Dress came weighed 200 pounds people laughed when they saw what they sent... I didn't look at reviews before I bought them. Whoever got a dress and said it was good I don't know how that would happen... they probably have people writing reviews that work for them... I stopped payment... and they call and harass you. I had number traced... they said send back will give money back. Liars... Be Aware!
Do not order from here. Ordered wedding gown it's got a bodes for Amazon. Not at all like photo. I took measurements, it would have to be totally redone at huge expense and not be the same. I'm donating it. Tried to get a credit to just order a regular dress but told I could get 10 percemt off. Forget that. I'm in high end fashion business 35 years, this wasn't acceptable.
I bought a pair of shoes from them. The shoes don't fit at all. I can not wear it. I asked for exchange. I was happy to pay for the postage. I emailed them explaining that the shoes don't fit. After 8 emails and 4 days, finally i received answer that they can not help me but they are offering me a discount for the next product. They advice me to sell the shoes or give it to my friend as a gift. I will never buy from them ever again.
The dress i paid for was very nearly 200eur. When it arrived it was the wrong colour, size and looked very cheap. I checked the returns policy and I have to now pay then 50% of the cost to return it. Not good. Their live chat does not work, they dont reply to emails or phone calls. Worst ever. Avoid
This is the first time to buy a dress on your website.The quality of the dress is good.The design is fashion. I like the one shoulder design very much. The champagne colour was spot on, and the shape was beautiful, but the only disappointing part is that the dress material is much more shiny than it appears in the picture.
This high-neck sleeveless wedding dress is really amazing. The decoration in the front makes the wedding dress more elegant. The color is very noble and luxury. Very pleased with our purchase.
