I have read all of you guys reviews and this company needs to be shut down I purchase a wedding dress and unfortunate I was not able to wear it due to the fact of the measurements was not what they're supposed to be I had to purchase a whole new wedding dress I feel all of your pain we need to send out a email to everyone that we know on every website there is not to order from this company. Not only are there owner of this company but be careful this same company as other dress companies in other name but it's ran by the same management so be careful when you order a dress because you are ordering from the same management but under a different name
I am going to edit there website. Until they give me my whole refund that made other website did you know the money they give them they make new websites every day. They used us. that what that paypal for. I seen a new website yesterday.
I ordered this cocktail dress online and am extremely happy with the product and the time of delivery.The product arrived within the estimated timeframe and is of great quality. I love the dress. It fits great, but is a little shorter in front than I expected. It's also really long in back. I am 5'4" and if I didn't wear 4" heals, it would drag on the ground.
The broken English on the chat should have clued me in, but it didn't. This is a scam site. When I tried to cancel my order they immediately said they shipped it. Very frustrating. They appear similar to a legitimate site, but they aren't. I paid almost $300 and am worried I will never get my money back. Save yourself the loss I didn't.
I ordered a dress for my sons wedding this coming December. The dress didn't fit and I asked for the details on how to send it back. They say I could not return the dress. I asked them for a US size 16 and they sent me a 12 according to their online measurements. They claim that they put it on their model and that the dress fit and there was nothing wrong with it. They even claim that the measurements I sent them back, that the nipples didn't match up to the measurements. THE NIPPLES! These people are the best of scammers We have been sending email back and forth. I am in the process of filing fraud against them with my bank. I am not giving on getting my money back. They now say I can return the dress. What a joke. It will cost more to send it back than the dress does almost. These people are liars. Don't trust them. If I send my dress back do you really think they are going to send me my money. Very doubtful.
I bought this wedding gown for my wedding on 5/10/2014 and I totally love it. It's right as it is in the picture, beautiful permanent designs, comfortable, elegant, princess-like. The only thing with it is that there were some of the ornamental rocks that were loose, but it did't stop my love for it.
I bought 1 wedding dress and 2 mother of bride dresses. The sleeves on the wedding dress are too tight for your arm to go in and the lace is very poor quality and scratchy. The Mother of Bride dress's are nothing like the picture and I guess after reading your reviews I would have known better... I should have thought to do this first... how stupid of me!
I also ordered a dress for my sons wedding. Very Poor workmanship. I also measured myself and it fit in a category of size 14 I'm a 12 in regular clothes. When I got the dress I couldn't even get my arms in the sleeves or even zip it up. I learned my lesson not to buy over seas again. I also have no dress for my sons wedding in a week and out 175.00
Shameful! After considerable thought and angst, I purchased a dress for my daughters' wedding and although I met all the return guidelines, even willing to take only a 50% refund and submitting photos of the disgraceful quality of the dress, I was told it wasn't worth the shipping cost I would have to pay to return it. I wish I could post the photos here. Even 1 star is too good for this unethical company.
Terribly deceitful. I ordered to dresses that are about 3 sizes too small, but no sizes were on the dresses! When I contacted the company, the told me to send pictures of the tape measure ON MY BODY to make sure I measured myself correctly, and to measure the dress. They still didn't comment on why no size was on the dress. Please do not use this site to bye a dress for ANY occasion, nevertheless for an important one, like a wedding!
I ordered a beautiful prom dress that screamed greek goddess, only to read these reviews, and see multiple fraud/scam reports. Sherri Hill has even filed a report against them for copyright infringement http://chillingeffects.org/N/*******. Terrified I promptly canceled my 175$ order and am sticking to the mall and boutiques to find the prom dress of my dreams. Be safe ladies, the internet can be very deceiving!
I order 2 dresses for my daughter in April got them with in 2 months; very please with the service, she wore one dress for her graduation she just love it, got lots of complements!

Izidresses is by far the worst on line company I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact. I ordered a dress for my nephew's wedding over six weeks prior.
Of course the dress arrive after about nine weeks. Almost worse than that the dress was not anything a person could even wear out. Bad stitching, threads hanging all over the outside of the dress. The pleats in the top part of the dress were so pressed this way and that it was a disaster. So... I decided to return the dress. Oh no... If you want to return the dress to this company you only get half back and you pay the shipping. I knew that would take a year... so I took the dress to a consignment shop to just give it to them! Nope... they said it would be too
Embarrassing for their 2nd hand store. I had to agree. My fault though... If the cost of clothing is too good to be true than believe it... It's too good to be true. Stay away from this company. Really!
I ordered a burgundy dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. It arrived in bright red, and was extremely tacky looking. It was difficult to return, no return address information was given, customer service argued with me that the color was correct, even though I sent them photos of the dress and the color sample, which were definitely different. They offered me $15 to keep the dress! After much arguing, they refunded me 60% after I returned the dress. And while it is virtually free to send from China to the U.S., it is VERY expensive to send to China. It cost over $60! But that is not the company's fault. Their refusal to admit their mistake is. Their websites changed often during the five month process, and their parent company, Light In The Box. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Total RIP-OFF!
Communication is on a scale zero. I was informed IZIDRESSES has received my order for a Mother of the Bride Dress and my Visa payment has not gone through. I immediately thought what is going on. I have sent several live chat emails and emails to their *******@izidresses - not once have I had any contact back from them. It has been quite frustrating - I am left in limbo not knowing what is happening. I should have read the reviews first before ordering.

The dress I ordered came on time. Unfortunately the sleeves were very tight and I can't wear it. I had ordered the custom size, but it had no where for the sleeve dimensions! What a waste as the rest of the dress fits fine. Back to the mall! :(
I ordered two dresses and not only was the quality top notch but i felt i had a dress no one could copy. I saw bad reviews but i was desperate! Thank u thank u! I would order larger size than US. Im a 10-12 and needed a 14
Even though the dress was too long and more red than burgundy. I had to return it, the dress was still wonderful. The people even offered to make me a new dress which was very lovely of them. I would recommend it to anyone who new exactly there size.
The dress looks great just as the picture. I have it custom made and it was perfect fit. Feel very delighted to see such a well-made dress. The only issue I have with the dress is the bust area. It's big and the V-neck was really low cut. I need to send it to be altered and have to pay for the alterations fee. Other than this I would strongly recommend this dress for any bridal.
I ordered two dresses from here. Supposed to be custom sized. They weren't! One fit one didn't. The quality is horrible. I tried returning them and they gave me $35. I spent $300. They told me if you return you will be charged a restocking fee. Well that's better than a $35 refund for two dresses. The dresses were nothing like the pictures. Don't buy from here!
