I have been a satisfied user of iYogi for approximately 5 years and have always felt I could depend on them to exert every effort to help me with whatever computer problems I encountered. The technicians have always been patient and kind to me and on the occasion or two of disagreement, I was very promptly referred up the ladder to someone else who might be better able to help me. The staff at iYogi have always been very fair to me.
After several years of good service, I calked in for a comp clean up.The tech took over my comp and put a false page on the screen telling me that my comp was infected. I knew it was a lie! In the background other employees were cheering him on!. I hung up! Stay clear of Iyogi!
All in all I have a positive experience for the services provided by iYogi.
I am in my 70s going to techs for help. This I like. I have major problem with Window 8 requiring me to call iYogi more than I like. I have in 5 years experienced only 2 issues in iYogi tech getting in over their head. IYogi needs to train these individuals

They r a bunch of crooks. They come off as being very knowledgeable but once they make it into your system it will never be the same. They charge you and try to sell you more and more. Every time they take remote control with your computer it ruines something else. It never works the same again, what starts as a small problem ends in ruining your computer...

Iyogi has been very helpful in keeping my computer run smooth and up to date when every I have a problem iyogi is there to help fix my problem and clean my computer of viruses. They and very fast at fixing the computer
I am in the second year of a three year maintenance agreement. On my own, I upgraded to Windows 10 but I could not open my Outlook 2010. When I called for help, they said they could not do it, unless they had the disk. I purchased my Microsoft online and my name and computer is registered. In fact, when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro, an IYogi tech helped me to reinstall Outlook, by going to the internet to find my purchase Microsoft Office key. When I called today, they said they could not do it. When I hung up the phone on them, an Indian woman, from some company's name I cannot pronounce called my mobile number and said, I heard you had computer issues, I can help. Naturally I hung up. Good-bye IYogi, I will eat the remaining one and a half years of maintenance I have left with you. I have purchase Assure from Microsoft that gives me unlimited store, online and phone support for up to five devices.
Are you out of business... I haven't been able to get anyone online for days... just paid $129.99 and if you are out you owe me money... very disappointed with you after many years of good service... Stephen gurtman
My experience with "iYogi" from their Sales department and Technical department has been a pleasure to work with. All Techs have been polite and curious. They are very knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with the service provided to me by the "iYogi" team.

Overall very positive. They always solve any problem. I will definitely continue to use them. One concern is they are always trying to sell something. Often I am tired after work and just want to get the problem fixed and move on. The selling conversations sometimes goo on and on.
It is nice to not have to take your computer to a shop to get it running well. IYogi is always willing to help. Sometimes the problem take quite awhile and they stay with it until the problem is solved. Overall I have been very happy.
This company said if I wasn't happy I could cancel at any time. I cancelled only an hour after signing up because I couldn't understand the rep. I was transferred to a supervisor who tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund to which I said "you are wrong my friend, read your statement". Angrily he hung and and I called my bank to retrieve the submitted payment. Two weeks later my bank notifies me of possible fraudulent charges that are trying to be made to the card. When I asked who it was they said a company names IYOGI. Stay away!
I had very good cosumer sevice. I am an old woman and I have very little computer knowledge. I was treated with respect even though I could not understand some of their instructions but they worked around it. The price seemed a little steep but if after the service I received, it was worth. I like that I have support at any time and they did resolve my issues and my computer is performing great! Thanks iyogi
So my computer had a virus, so i been subscriber for years now, and guess what when subscriber expired the called obviously to renewed it!. So now my computer came down with another virus and i spend a hold half hour on hold just for a technician. He was so rude! And update my computer spend hours resolving god knows what, and until now it didnt even get resolve. Avoid iyogi they scams!
Since 20 days i am getting calls from techclub company which is known as global technology. They were telling me that they were from iYogi. I know it is complete a scam call. When i agreed to pay them the $1200 they told there actual name. The company ring master of the scam is Rajat chandani. Some time before i was working on behalf of iYogi on legal matter with Vishal dhar. By the way i am a lawyer. Thinking to put a lawsuit on Vishal dhar to stop this. How they dare to give my details to any scammers? They have putted syskey password on my computer. I have all the video recording for this. Lets see how much i can recover from Vishal Dhar on this matter.
I have had the opportunity to use Iyogi technical support on several occasions. Each time I contacted them I was met with a warm reception and treated with courtesy. Each time I contacted the problem was resolved. Over the time I have been with Iyogi they have gained my respect and trust. I explain my problem In non computer language and they seem to know just exactly what I mean and how to fix it! I have been a customer for several years and never failed to have a problem fixed. GREAT COMPANY and affordable.
Answer: Oh, please, how many people are you willing to let "piggyback" on your lawsuit? I'm so fed up with scammers/shoddy services from companies. IYogi played a good game in the beginning but now it is in the proverbial toilet.
