The items arrived in a timely manner, the products we a letdown, unfortunately. If returns were easy I would have sent both the dresses back.

I loved my tank. The jeans were way too big and the jacket was broken. Only offering 20% off my next order as a means of fixing it isn't good enough customer service. Way disappointed.

Hello, guys today I will be reviewing a site called IVROSE. I ordered 9 packages from IVROSE they sent me a tracking number but the tracking number is not active however it took a very long time to arrive finally it came and I saw the package was from the site chic me. That means Ivrose buys the products from chic me and then sells them for higher prices to the customer under their name. I spent almost 220$ when I could've spent less on chic me if I wanted garbage stuff. All the clothes have problems such as holes and rips all over it looks like a second hand. Also about the size, they do not follow their measurement, for example, I ordered a size small for the pants but it seems size medium, therefore, I contacted them if I can return it but they don't want me to return and told me that giving me a refund they said there going to give a 50% refund, then they said 30% refund and ended up in 20% refund they kept lowering the refund and switching their words.
This is a true review don't waste your time and your money to even try to buy from the ivrose site. Don't buy from IVROSE it is a big scam trust me.
