Battling to get a return and refund. Need to be sent a return address for 80% of the products which are not fitting and under par material

Cheap nasty products …don't be fooled …
Not worth your hard earned money

I ordered what looked like a nice suit, it did nt look like what I had ordered, then I struggled with your team to send it back as they kept trying to offer me a 20%refund! Then I finally got a return address and it cost me £20 to return to you and I have still not received a refund so if you cd follow this up that wd b great, you k is you probably shd tell people that they r going ti have to loose £20 to send items bk if they r not happy

Was my first shopping on this site and the experience with them was not a good one... i ordered 8 items, from 8 only 3 was ok, like the pictures. The rest is waist of money. First and last time when i will buy from them...

Bad quality of fabric, wrong size coat, wrong size pants. Bad overall

Product was not the same as it is shown in your ad. Really liked the blazer until I received it
And it is not the same color. Its is more of a peach, which is not near as nice to look at, will probaby

Will never order of this site again dress far to big asked for a returns label to send back told to keep the dress as it's to much apparently to send back with shipping fees no refund and left with a dress no good to me

Good customer service as let me know how long the delivery was going to be, regarding all the stops relating for shipping.

Would recommend and order a size up just a tip.

This was my first time using this site that I happened upon totally by coincidence. It was pretty easy to use and I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not I'd get what I actually ordered but I did. Shipping was also incredibly fast. The only thing was trying to track the order on the site was rough as it wasn't updated frequently but when you check the delivery guys the updates were there but that's minor.

The experience on your site was great! Received my item in a timely matter, and quality was good.
