I saw the item flashing in the ad that usually annoys me, however there was a beautiful floral blazer that caught my eye. I had to have it! Ordering was easy, saw other deals ordered more than intended. The package arrived in decent time. Jacket not the material I thought, but Overall satisfied with the purchase.
I was very disappointed with this dress, iy was nothing like the picture and the quality was appaling.
After 2 emails to start a return. No contact back, but receiving several emails a day. I wouldn't shop with them again.

The returns process is shocking and very difficult to do, they make it difficult, there is no returns label, they have to authorise the return, which they don't do without making it very awkward, asking for photos of the products. They they proceed to offer you discount to keep the product, this goes on for several days. You can't speak to anyone, this is all carried out by a 'ticket' process which they take 24 hours to come back to you on, when they do they are quite rude in the ticket conversation. I am still waiting for a refund of two orders. Their site is not easy to get round so trying to find the order details to return is not easy. I will never use this company again and I am sure they are breaking the law, ie consumer rights for the returns process.
Extremely disappointed overall poor quality nothing like the picture of the model! The delivery was also long with no email to contact. Will not order from here again lesson learnt
The top was very thin and too big, the shorts to small, what you get I suppose when buying a set. Then trying to return it was a nightmare, kept trying to offer 10% discount rather than a return label. Sent back 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing
It was almost impossible to get the returns address and you kept offering some of my money back. The item appeared faults as neck line was massive and dress a small size
Review clothes which were ok quality but did not fit so I asked for a refund. I was told I could keep the item that didn't fit and get 10% off my next order which is obviously no use what so ever.
I am always 100% satisfied with IVErose and have ordered from them many times.
They always provide excellent customer service and their clothes are superb quality and stunning unique eye catching pieces.
I'm looking forward to wearing my two piece suit (next weekend.)

I only ordered two items so far and they seem to be good quality. I'm still trying to figure out sizing. The dress I should've gotten a size larger and the shirt I should've gotten a size smaller. Every catalog is different so you don't know until you order.

Very beautiful, great colors, was a little bit low cut for me had to sew it up a bit it. I am 36 double D and I got a small the rest of the Dress fit perfectly I am 5 foot four and 135 pounds
Took a long time to receive and clothing does not fit. Unsure of how to contact for refund as no information given on such.
