Nice dress but it was too tight
I'm 170lbs and the size was not big enough for my curves

The items I purchased did not measure up to the pictures. I am very disappointed.

I bought a sunflower top; small and it came huge like plus size, it was awlful. They only offered me $4.00 american back for it. Lousy customer service. They wouldnt even ship me a smaller size, probably wont order from them again.

The clothes arrived on time very cheap and nasty very creased - kept 2 items out of 13. When tried to return initially refused to give full refund (you have to email for returns label) before they eventually sent refund label numerous emails to offer to keep clothes and they would send 20 then 30 then 40 percent of order as a refund. Eventually did get return label and refund but very frustrating and time consuming process.

I ordered 3 bakinis and a dress, none of the bakinis where as described, and the dress was a cheap nylon material, and the label of the dress was at the front of the dress so I can not wear it, I've been going back and forth with the customer services about returning as its not worth the £80, but been palmed off and still haven't received any refund, I will never shop here again it's awful.

Not happy at all. My shirt didn't fit and I was not allowed to return it but they gave a $2 refund. What is that I paid way more for it. Bad company

Ordering was easy and the items arrived when promised. Good quality and fit.

Hard to contact, not satisfied with hassle to return. Still not received refund or had ANY correspondence 3 weeks later!

Very poor communication. Been trying for 4 weeks to get returns ticket. No reply to any email sent, nothing from them at all. Won't be using them again. Very disappointed!

The dress is exactly as it is in the picture. The size measurement is correct. The only delivery was 10 days late, but I don't know who it depended on. Basically, I got my dress and you got my trust.

Quality of fabric is very low and does not justify the price. One of the dresses' I ordered was completely different to the one shown on the model promoting the product. It also took AGES to request a return and to get exact information about how much exactly I will get back for the dress (less than half of the price I paid for one of the dresses) I will never shop at Ivrose again, you're better off shopping at Shein.

Très contente de mon achat et je n'hésiterai pas de commander à nouveau.

The items I ordered were poorly made and a poorly fit.
I'm having to pay someone else to alter them.
