The 3 outfits I bought are too big and the return process is not easy or convenient.
The experience was okay not bad for a few dollars you get what you pay for kinda of deal
I placed an order back in May and just received my order today (7/21). The sleeves on both the shirt and jacket are very puffy and are not as advertised. The jacket was oversized and the skirt that is part of an outfit is undersized for a very strange look and feel. While there is a return envelope in the package, there is no return label. There was also no receipt in the package of what I ordered and received or instructions on how to return unwanted items.
I ordered 2 sundresses on June 16 hoping they would get here in time for vacation on July 9, but they didn't arrive until July 12. I didn't notice on the website where the items we're being shipped from but it seems it came from China.
I do like both dresses. They were true to size as indicated by the size chart.
Bad quality fabric, design is nice but actual item (in the flesh) is not up to standard.
It was a good one even though some of the things I bought was changed as they were not available in the store so I was asked too many times to choose another. Aside this, it was a good one.
Slow service and was not able to give a full refund when I was not satisfied with the products.
The clothes are nice the fabric could be more cotton. The material does not allow your body to breathe so it's very hot in the summer

Ordered a dress which took weeks to arrive once I did receive the dress it was not at all what I expected and have so far been unable to arrange a return I'm out of pocket and stuck with a shocking dress!
Items were ordered on June 12th. As of July 19th, I have not received the items! You put the wrong address on the package and it was returned to you. Duh! Lesson learned... REALLY!
This was the first time I had shopped here. The order was slow to arrive 1 month in total. One of the items wS out of stock but I was contacted I choose to have money refunded on that item and once that was agreed payment was prompt. The goods arrived and they were OK but the materials didn't seem the same as those shown on line. It was all OK but that was all.

Sizes are completely incorrect and when trying to refund items they stall and take an age to respond, returns should be straightforward they seem to stall as there is only 14 days return period they hope you go over that and can't return
My order took more than a month. I would to order more products but the pictures doesn't match with right products.
