I ordered a dress that ended up being too big and I didn't like the way it looked on me. I asked for days for a refund and still have not received it. I will not be using this website again until I get my refund. I don't think that I will ever get it and I will be letting other people know about my experience.

Loved the dress will buy more, fast delivery, no problems.

Delivery was fine but items received were not as expected the top was way bigger than expected and the dress a lot smaller.

This is my first order. Look forward to more in the future.

The dress was lovely but it was too small. Trying to arrange a return was difficult and prolonged! Eventually received a refund for the dress but not the shipping costs which was annoying. Kept being offered a percentage off my next order and keep the item. As the item was too small, there was no point keeping it. And as the sizes of all products are too small, there's no point having discount off another purchase! Won't be ordering again.

Lovely dress. Great for festivals

An item didn't fit me, it was too enormous although there was a size less for me. The shorts make some strange wrinkles while wearing. The other items were fantastic. So I think it was a 50% experience.

The only complaint is I didn't see any description of the material of product.
When I received the dress it was polyester which looks nothing like the picture. When I went to return it, I was responsible for the shipping which it wasn't worth sending back. I will never order from this company again due to this policy.

Shopping on your site was easy. Choosing sizes easy. I got the products fairly quickly but the feel of the clothing was like Jersey material and the sizes range was smaller

All the items bought were all wrong sizes to wrong shoe sizes and didn't bother to return and never shop with them again
