The quality of the shoes are below my normal standard and definitely blow what I was expecting. I had a very difficult time trying to reach someone regarding my shipment because I did not download the app. I did not really want to download the app I literally had to in order to contact someone. You have a listed phone number and no one answers the phone

All of the tops were gorgeous but too large. So far the return process is in progress. Too early to comment.

Very poor delivery. I chased 6 times before it was shipped - very dissatisfied

First time ordering from this company, I ordered the black and white butterfly dress in a size 20, looked absolutely gorgeous online.
Very very disappointed with what arrived as there was no butterfly on the dress anywhere... it was a black dress with white roses on it... both on the back and front there were black splodges on it, I checked online and they were supposed to be part of the rose/leaves... why the heck you would have a black splodge in the middle of a white rose beats me nor would you have a black mark on the leaf where it was... it genuinely looked like someone had flicked a paintbrush with black spoldges in certain places... and this was all before I had even tried it on!
Disappointed to see that they had sent an XL which is not what I had ordered... anyway went to try it on and could only get my head and one shoulder into it... very very tight.

Went online to IVrose FB page and was gobsmacked at the comments especially regarding they tell you to keep the item and only offer 20% of total cost back.
I left a comment and have since sold the dress to a friend who loved it. Including postage this dress cost me £24gbp my friend kindly gave me £14.
I checked on the emails that IVrose had sent me on the day I ordered and wanted to unsubscribe from their mailing list, imagine my surprise when I clicked on it to find that their name is now chicme...
Be very careful ordering from them... I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them... nor would the ppl on their FB page if you read comments.

Easy to order. Good quality, good price. Arrived quicker then expected and kept informed of progress. Would order from IVRose again.

Elastic on blouse too loose for me and I want a refund and emailed the seller and haven't heard back.

So so hard to arrange returns they offered me a discount and told me I could keep the items and give them to a friend! Refused this offer but they repeated it took several more emails before I got a returns label …. Would never use this company again

Took a long time to recieve the items. Not content. Sizes vary to s large extremt. Some items looked way better online.

Hope it's as nice as it looks as it's for a special wedding celebration.
