True to size! I sized up not expecting the items to be true to size.

The clothes took a long while to arrive, but they were nice. 2 out of the 7 things I ordered were too small, 2 a little on the tight side but the other 3 were ok. The material is very fine so will have to watch what I wear u der them

It took way too long to receive and I did not get a confirmation after I ordered so I ordered one of the same items from another website. I was not sure if the order went through. The event I ordered the dresses for was long past by the time I received them. I did not like any of the 5 items I Finally received. Very cheaply made. I would like to get a refund.

The shipping however... literally took a month. Once I received the items I was completely Satisfied. I probably won't reorder again due to the shipping times.

I ordered 9 items. Unfortunately 7 of the items out of 9 are either too small or not suitable. So I asked fir exchange and refund. Currently I am being offered 40%refund to keep everything which is not acceptable. Why is it so difficult to get money back for unwanted items. I am told the cost of sending items back is extreme ad an online company this is not great so I either loose money or spend more to get any back. Will not be using again and will not recommend
