My order was received but completely screwed up it's been hanging up ever since I received it and the creases are still very apparent the dress is the worded this is not an item that would be easy to iron and I feel I need to send it to the dry cleaners to get the creases out, not something one would expect to do on a brand new dress.

Great clothes easy and fast service beautiful footwear including sneakers and sandals love their sweaters and designer dresses

Material is quite thin and flimsy, not particularly well made. Disappointing overall look.

The quality of the items were cheaply made for the price i paid and they were on sale so i would of been upset if i paid full price! I ordered according to the size chart yet only 2 of the items actually fit me so therefore the sizing is not consistent otherwise they all would of fit.

The dresses are ok, not quite the quality I expected but I guess you get what you pay for.

One items much too small. Return requirement was too complicated. Could not get in touch with any person. So I just lost $17.00

I received my order and quickly realised the item was too small (didn't even try it on)! I immediately emailed ivrose to get the details of where to return the item... they replied offering me 10% of my refund and to keep the item... I declined their offers of 20%, then 40% and eventually they sent me a Royal Mail label with returning details! I returned the item approximately 3 weeks ago and have not received any acknowledgement from them and definitely not had any money returned. I will never use this company again and have advised all my colleagues (in a big city hospital) not to use them either. The worst online shopping experience ever...

Loved the dress but it was a bit see thru do I lined it and it was great
