Ordering was easy and I received my dress in a timely manner. The dress didn't fit and I didn't like the fact that they tried to get me to accept less than a full refund multiple times.

Good it was easy, I got my stuff a few weeks after I ordered.

Delivery was slower than I anticipated due to this my package arrived after the event so this was disappointing

I've been very happy with some of the clothing items I've received despite the fact the prices are higher than other sites I shop on. The problem is with sizing inconsistency between the vendors used. I follow the sizing guidelines but it doesnt make a difference. Some items fit perfectly, others not so. I dont send them back because the shipping time to receive my items is so long - much longer than other sites that use overseas vendors. These reasons have caused me not to purchase more items from this website. I am disabled and do all my shopping online. This website has some really cute things but the prices, sizing inconsistencies and shipping times are a little off

I ordered 3 dresses that I waited a month for which I never got. When I contacted them I was told that the blame was on Canada Post and I had to contact them myself to put in a complaint. The worst customer service, why is it put on the customer to do extra work to figure out what happened? Buyers beware I will never order from this $#*!ty company again. If I could give neg 0 stars I would.

Everything came in a reasonable time and even though I have not tried anything yet as it is for an upcoming trip it all seems as I thought

I loved the clothes. Not really happy with how long it took to get the order. It was over a month. Nice site just dont expect your order to arrive in the time frame that is stated.

Sizing was very small make, tried to return it but was unable to figure out how to do that as the site would not provide me with proper instructions on how to do that

My order came quickly and the price was very reasonable, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric of one of the dresses, it is like thin t-shirt material and the dress is actually quite beautiful.

I'm n photo they looked quality for money when arrived they were frayed did not look nice poor quality looked like table cloth material

It was easy to order. The pics looked like the dress was a nicer fabric. I was disappointed when I got my dresses I ordered the black and the white. The fabric was like t shirt fabric.

Over all they came in a timely fashion, I ordered larger sizes as heard from friends the sizes are always smaller. Not this case they are way to big. Someone that needs charity will get something from it.

Expensive for the quality and no return option unless you want to spend a fortune
