My first order with this website didn't go quite as originally planned. I measured my body using a measuring tape and the first shirt were too baggy in the arms and the back (but this was due to the shirt back details I chose). Contacted Customer Support and they were very very helpful in assisting me with adjusting my measurements and gave me store credit to order another one. The second shirt that came was really really close to perfection and I was very happy with that already. All the orders were made very quickly and sent very quickly too. Overall, the whole experience with they has been a very positive one and I highly commend their excellent Customer Service!

The material is so cheap! Of course I'm not expecting the best material but for the price (which is approximately the same as if you got dresses at Forever 21) the quality is way worse. Many of the more formal dresses are sewn poorly with fabric so sheer it looks like Halloween costumes. The zipper is shoddy and broken on one of the items.
The return policy states that once you reach out to them, it'll take 1 business day for them to respond. It's been two business days and I've yet to hear back. Also, the customer service is not great even with other questions or issues- there's some language barrier issues.

Ordered x2 dresses over 3 weeks ago now and only 1 has arrived. The one that has arrived is absolutely awful. The quality is poor (scratchy thin material) and the dress itself is see through so there is no way I can even wear it out! I keep checking the status of the other dress but it remains the same... shipped. There are no return slips or instructions within the parcel so you have no option but to research returns via heir website. Everyone else that has tried to return from what I can see has paid for it out of their own pocket. Terrible company with terrible products. Do NOT bother.

I was happy to order from this site since they had good prices and good styles. Until I got an item and it came with a hole and lose strings. I reported to the provider to exchange, not to return it, and they offered 15% off my next buy. I refused the discount and just wanted to exchange it. I expressed my time was running short and I was getting closer to my 30 day frame, so I requested for them to send me the address and exchange label since November 9th. Since then they have been ignoring me and forced me to keep the item in bad quality. I still have a few days left to return or exchange and refuse to give me any other option.

I would not recommend or use this site again. I have been chasing my items and keep getting fobbed off. The reference numbers are in-correct. The return address you have to ask for it from the website also it should be inside the parcel. The items are still no where to be seen. I am bored of chasing my items, when its clearly the job of iv rose! You should out of curtesy refund me. Your better of going to high street and buying at least you can take it back

En primer lugar, decir que los diseños que tienen son ordinarios y parecen indicados para vestir a las trabajadoras de las casas de citas.
En mi caso, me llegó publicidad de un vestido más discreto, que no daba esa mala impresión y me animé a comprarlo. Seguí mirando por si encontraba algo más aprovechable y me encontré con otras fotos del mismo vestido pero que se intuía una calidad peor. De inmediato me puse en contacto con ellos, vía mail, WhatsApp, Facebook para anular el pedido, temiendo que era eso lo que me iban a enviar. Nadie respondió hasta días después diciendo que lo sentían pero que ya habían hecho el envío. Algo totalmente falso, porque fue inmediato y era imposible que en tan poco tiempo lo hubiesen enviado, algo que se demostró con el tiempo que pasó hasta que recibí el pedido. Cuando llegó, vi que efectivamente, lo que había pensado sucedió, el vestido es una porquería, de pésima calidad, con una tela que pica la piel y con malísimamente confeccionado, con las costuras fruncidas, un desastre.
Hacer la devolución es imposible, ya que los gastos de envío a China, van por cuenta del comprador y son más caros que lo que cuesta el vestido. Vamos, que es un negocio redondo. Te envían una prenda defectuosa y mala y te la tienes que quedar sí o sí.
Es el mejor ejemplo que conozco de que lo barato sale caro, a mí este vestido me ha salido carísimo, porque lo voy a tener que tirar.
Resumiendo: las fotografías que muestran, no es lo que envían realmente. El diseño es el mismo, pero la calidad es malísima. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, es una auténtica ESTAFA.

I was all excited to find women's clothing at a good price and looked good on the net. I was mislead as the material on all 5 items I purchased is thinner then my jockey t shirts but not only that but you have no way of calling them for returns or exchanges... its all is done via messaging.

Making matters worse for you, refunds will only be 30% of the item and you pay shipping. It doesn't matter the item doesn't fit, as my message says, "maybe a family member can wear it". Very sad! I wish I read these reviews first.

The worst clothes you will ever buy. So shockingly bad it shouldn't be legal for this website to trade. It is blatantly false advertising. The size, quality, stitching, fit is so poor the clothes are not fit to wear. This is a con. They rely on mass market buying the clothes knowing that no one will spend the money to return the clothes to China. Don't make the mistake I did. Save your money and go to Primark or a decent market you will be much better off. Seriously this site is a joke. It should be shut down - nothing about it is legal.
