The shoe was black and white and no colour at the bottom as advertised and looks cheap.

Communication not great products are quite good quality but the shipping time is not good even though its coming from China I have had other items alot quicker from other retailers quite quick I was also offered 5 dollars for one of my products that was getting shipped later the credit still wasn't credited to my account I like the quality. But everythg else not good

Clothing looked nice and like the pictures, my dress was too big, and y'all need to do something to speed up the delivery time. This was supposed to be an outfit for my birthday, which I ordered a week and a half before my actual birthday, and didn't get it until two weeks after my birthday!

The product advertised looked great, double breastfed tweed jacket, and what I received couldn't have been further from that, nowhere near even the same shade of red, very misleading advert. From the ads been shown on my Facebook and the emails that I cant unsubscribe from, ivrose specialises more in the erotic side of clothing

Huge selection of products to choose from. Guaranteed to be something for everyone. Sometimes, a little too much to choose from and not as easy to 'drill down' and find exactly what you are looking for.
The products look good but are built to a price. It's important to establish the right size otherwise organising a return could be tricky. I'm not quite sure how it works but am about to find out... Delivery takes approx 2-3 weeks as products are shipped from outside of UK.

The dress is very nice also the material is great, the shipping was not to great but overall I'm happy with my order.

When I purchased this, I didn't realize there were no returns. I'm busty and the torso was way too short for me. Plus the straps are weird proportionally. I ended up cutting up the material and making an art project cause no part of it was salvageable or fit.

The material was a little disappointing (too nylon-y) but still looks good one. I'm normally a size 12 (M) and vased on the size chart i ordered the XL, which is a little bigger but not in a loose drapy way. They look good on!

Not all products are same as photo

Made a purchase. Did not get a confirmation email. Did not get a tracking number. Contacted customer service 4 times with no response. Got my package A month later. Would been nice to know any information or gotten help through customer service.

The masks are not comfortable and do not cover your face very well

The item I ordered arrived before the expected delivery date, which was very good considering it is around the Christmas period. Identical as in the picture advertised on their website. I would order from this website again without hesitation.
