Nice soft knit although sleeves are oversized and clumsy

Order took over a month to deliver to me with no notification that it would be or expected delivery date.

Great quality and value. I live in the UK and delivery was excellent.

Have to report IvRose did not confirm shipment. Waiting in the dark about when or what will ship. Out of the blue, pleasantly surprised package arrived. No packing slip inside - Don't know how they record what was sent, or remedy any discrepancies. Fortunately it seems everything ordered was delivered without prior notification, which a mail order customer would appreciate after the automatic initial acknowledgement of order/payment received.

I placed the order online, I had no confirmation of payment going through and no email confirmation of my order being placed. I only knew it had gone through when the parcel was delivered, I nearly bought a replacement thinking I wasnt going to receive it.

I ordered face shields, from the nose below, they are a bit cumbersome, but I like the open breathing feature they have. However, my FB is now INUNDATED with IV Rose stuff that would frankly not be my taste in clothing, and it took far too long for me to receive the order. Other than that, I'm thankful to have them.

In the world we live in waiting almost 2.5-3 weeks for simple items like these, its insane. My girl is happy but just took wayyyyy longer than it should have. I tracked it all the way and it seemed as if the delivery mam rode a bicycle from California to Wisconsin.

One item was Miles to small for a medium
I was sent a tracksuit the wrong size
Another item was a completely different colour

This jumper was a fairly last minute purchase but it arrived in time and is a nice fit. Not sure how it will wash but it will be fine for the Christmas period which is what I bought it for. Very pleased.

I like the product but i wanted too long for delivery

While the look of these masks is much more attractive then cloth or paper masks, in order to have the masks fit snugly to the face, they tend to smash the end of my nose. I thought the delivery time was long, but overall, I'm satisfied with the masks. I have to get accustomed to how to adjust the snugness.

I ordered large sizes, I'm only size 10/12 and they are all too small and you don't exchange lingerie!

I ordered 2 dresses. 1 small, 1 medium, same dress for a cocktail party. Took forever to show up. No confirmation or return slip included. I've been trying for days to correspond with auto robot to find out steps to return! Horrible communication and will not order again. I'm still trying to get info on where to return and receive credit.
