Not happy I've now got an item that is useless and due to the high cost the customer has to pay to send back an item that wasn't my fault because it's uneconomical to post it back so I would like my money back please

I did not have to " WALK ON WATER " to place a simple order. Not to call any names out, but some
" OTHERS " are using over-kill, I think...!

I expected to get what was pictured but colours and quality not there

Really good quality and pricing. Some items smelt like fish for some reason.

I would NEVER order from this company again. The product was not as advertised and was a very cheap 2nd.

Shipping took over a month. Clothes did not fit well. I did my due diligence in getting my measurements and checked measurements for the items ordered. Robe was a good fit (threads were hanging off robe) however lingerie was not all a good fit.

This is a scam. The clothes I got was are not what they show in the picture, and in line with how they descriebe the product, I ordered two suits. The material was not cotton blend as they said, it was a mix of synthetic material. It was not ribbed pants, it was a thin material. The sweather was not baggy with wide shoulders, but cut very differently and it did not look fine. You can see its of very poorly quality and it was not made to wear. The costumerservice is horrible. Although they claim you get your money back and they pay for the return if they make a mistake, they will not admit this is a problem with the quality or that they made a mistake. Its even not the same clothes as the picture. They want me to send the package back before I get refund, but according to costumers reviews people dont get refund and they loose their money as well. Stay away.

I order my clothes and got email need more information for cardholder I was thinking it's scam I ask for refund but right away send back the information the asked now I'm telling them I wanna my clothes but they telling me it's cancel whiteout any email and I'm trying contact information the phone and nothing works

As I said earlier. These masks are far too large for my use. The bottom hangs open 3" below my chin. They are absolutely worthless to me.

Je recherchais un T-shirt avec un décolleté en V profond comme celui proposé sur la photo. J'ai en fait reçu un T-shirt assez mal coupé dont la hauteur du décolleté arrivait environ 15 cm au-dessus de la poitrine... Soit la photo est trompeuse, soit il s'agit d'une mauvaise copie d'un produite d'une autre marque...

The dress was very cheap looking and wasn't the exact color in the picture. Delivery took so long when i needed it in a hurry.

My 1st purchase, I bought 2 Masked Santa Claus' ornaments to give as gifts to people that collect ornaments. After 2 wks, I received them, however, they are made of a ceramic type glass. Neither ornament had the ribbon attached to hang, it was separate in the package. And one Santa ornament didn't have a hook to place the ribbon. Poorly made & I'm afraid if the people hang them, the ornaments would just fall & break. Not sure if I would order again

With the restrictive use and the restrictions on masks, none of the stores that I went to would let me in
