I can't give a better review on products, as they are Christmas present, but I hope that as good as the rest of the experience.
The only downer is delivery time.

I placed order on Nov. 18,2020 and paid $22.00 for 8 day rush delivery, but I received the mask 27 days latter. I needed the mask for a dance competition on December 5,2020 hence I paid for rush delivery. I received the mask on December 8, three days after the competition. I want a refund of the rush delivery payment.
The mask is of very poor quality and had scratches when I got it. It does not fit well on the face.

Took forever to get and the products are very cheaply made

I was getting sceptical about the authenticity of the site.

The size guide on the website is far off than the actual cloth I received, going to return it.

I had a horrible experience with the purchased items. The clothes were all of the different sizes, but all labeled the same size. Shoes 2 pairs were too big, and one was two sizes smaller, but all marked the same 8.5. Three weeks of going back a forth about return deed up that they won't accept that they made a mistake and I had to pay for return: 2 pairs of boots, two dresses and two pants and top sets.
They said that consumers should expect 1-3 cm (0.5-2.5) inch variables in sizes when I asked if this rule related to shoes, I got silence in response.
Don't take a chance, it's not as good as I'm looks on the picture. Maybe if was before, not anymore!

Bought two clear masks and they're not even the same as the picture. Both are HUGE and the hinges that join the face part to the ear loops are so different than the picture. They also DO NOT fit the same as the model at all. I have a small face like the model and it''s huge on me and my son as well. Also, the boxes came smashed and one had a huge scratch down the face shield part. Asking for a FULL refund. Also, this site doesn't let you unsubscribe from their mailing list. Usually the email as that option but I can't find it on the emails OR the website. That's illegal.

Looks lovely in the picture but in real not so good

I ordered boots, they are small, so I simply wanted to return and refund, as it's written in their policy.

Too disappointed with this dress looks so nice in the pictures but it's not the same. And, all their clothes are like that, I brought like 6 or 7 outfits from them because I was so excited and it disappointed me. Too much money for such poor quality, I put it on and it feels like it will break if I make any movements with my body. I am really really really disappointed, and if I want to return it I have to pay for the shipping. That's crazy!
