I placed an order with this company and it took over one month to receive my order, I received my order last Friday and was very disappointed when I opened the package with the masks that I ordered, the are the worst mask I have ever bought. I bet I could have mad something 99% better with my hands if I had tried, these masks are so big on your face and the elastic around the ears is very big and slack, three of my masks are damaged so returning them is not an option because it may take two months to get them back. I wish the customer service reps has compassion for their customers knowing that we don't pick up money on the streets.

1) No shipping time estimation provided until AFTER clicking "submit" for payment.

2) No option for a final order review before clicking "submit" for payment.

3. I had to google to get back to Site Jabber to write this review because "Rate us" pops up BEFORE you can complete the checkout process. And BEFORE you click submit and discover that it takes them 7 days just to prepare the order plus additional time for shipping. The shipping time lag is understandable with the current situation, however customers should have access to this info prior to payment.

I placed an order with IVROSE on April 12.2020 & I'm understanding to the whole COVID-19 Pandemic. By June 10,2020 I had to email them bcuz still didn't receive a tracking# for my order. They gave me the run around that customs is being slow & strict. I waited til June 19,2020 still no package received did get a tracking# & its been sitting in Shanghai. CHINA since May 20,2020. Waiting to get shipped to Chicago. And mind you I've been given 2 different tracking #'s. IVE message again on July 16,2020 & they are still using excuses that their courier company is very busy & that they promise to send packages out asap! It's been 3frickn months. I dont even count on receiving what I ordered & just excepting that this company is a SCAM THEY'LL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY & WILL NOT SEND WHAT YOU'VE ORDERED! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered my items on May 20th, 2020. It is now July 5th and I still haven't received them. All I keep getting is the run around, a $10 off coupon, and they don't even know where my package is. Please don't order from them, they tell you to be patient yet you will read a review on an item that someone did ordered and received in 5 days. Really, it seems there are no shipping issues. I have never complained about a company on my life, this one has set me off. I feel taken advantage of, and a $10 coupon isa slap in the face. By the way I provided a photo and the tracking of my items. If someone can explain to me how it went from in June LA to China, and now in California since May 28th?

The so called customer service is horrible. If you want to wait 4 weeks for your package you have the right company. I emailed them after 2 weeks and my package was still waiting to be packaged. The advised I cancel my order. Unbelievable customer service and you will never get a thank you for your service. They end their conversations with BYE! Don't spend your money at this website it's very skeptical.

Please do not order from this company! It is not worth the frustration! I ordered 2 jumpsuits at least 2 months ago now, they came in just under a month and were damaged. I tried to contact customer services via email asking to return and I was ignored multiple times taking to multiple different people. It took a month to get a final response to allow me to return, in which they still haven't confirmed they have received my items and have ignored me multiple times again! I've wasted £70, the customer service is absolutely horrendous and I've still not had a response from my multiple emails. Please don't waste your time!

Che dire? Ho pagato 22 per la spedizione rapida (per un vestito da 32) e, dopo un mese non hanno ancora PROCESSATO l'ordine. Mi chiedo se lo debbano confezionare a mano. Il sito dice che spediscono tra 3-7 giorni e che, con corriere espresso, la merce arriva praticamente subito; NON HANNO ANCORA PROCESSATO l'ordine, se non fosse chiaro. Chiedo spiegazioni: solo messenger e rispondono con formati robotici, ergo, nulla di fatto.
Com'è il vestito? Non lo so, NON HANNO ANCORA processato l'ordine!
