Ordered via Express mail from China to Europe and received a small packet straight to my hand in 10 days total including weekend.
Product arrived within 2 weeks which is impressive given recent chaos at UK ports.
It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement email from IVRose (I only got one from Paypal saying I had paid) and perhaps a tracking ID.

Disappointed with sizing. I will order again, but larger than my actual size.
Took way too long to arrive and quality was not great
I chose three different items, but all lingerie. The sizing is spot on as long as you are honest with yourself, the quality is very good, comfortable and affordable. From ordering to receiving, there was a slight delay, but more to do with the season and international/ national post. The company is genuinely customer orientated and has so far kept me informed of any problems and given solutions to keep me happy... more than impressive!

I received the product in good condition and the product itself was good but a defenite date of arrival was never mentioned and this caused quite a bit of dissatisfaction... other wise the whole experience was good
