Not so great, its a hit and miss with this website, only 1 out of 4 dresses i bought was a dress u could actually wear, the other wasnt true to color at all, and the last two was absolutely terrible un wearable the cheapest thing u ever seen, so its a hit and miss, very upsetting

First experience was good a little slow delivery but good.

Well the experience was fine, until I got to the end to pay. I didn't like the idea of having to buy so many mask to get free shipping.

Never had any prior experience with the retailer and ordered the item as a gift after seeing an ad. Never received any tracking information, but delivery time was good. However, my wife could barely put it on. It appears to be at least 2-3 sizes too small.

I ordered the item which was delayed in delivery. OK, the delay can be a consequence of COVID. The item was to small and I wanted to exchange for a larger size. I followed ALL of the IVROSE directions shown on their website, however, NONE of the methods for contacting IVROSE were viable or worked when activated. I was forced to be creative and send a "return" email, whereupon I was finally provided with the tools for return of the package. I returned the item on 1/6/21 and provided IVROSE with the tracking number and item weight, per IVROSE"S instructions. As of today's date, 1/8/21, IVROSE is still "SILENT" on returning an EXCHANGE item!

When my top arrived I really loved it.
Was just what I wanted and very good quality. Unfortunately I wanted it for Christmas it didn't arrive in time but it's ready for next year.

Took a decent time to get here. Overall quality of the outfit wasn't the greatest especially for the cost. I could get better somewhere for much cheaper.

Shipping took a while, but the site was upfront about the shipping times. Well worth the wait. Very satisfied with my purchases

The material is the same as Lycra cycling shorts. Not at all appropriate for sleepwear.

Clothing material is very cheap. Shipping was very slow. Little to no communication.

The products and timescale of delivery were fine, but I was charged duty by DHL which was more expensive than for the order itself. Very disappointing when delivery is paid for in the order process.

My overall experience was good, shipping time could have improved some. The items were good material and are finely crafted. Only one item had a large series of strings that were matted and bunched together on the one item. Cut it off and it worked well, but you would expect eyesores like that to be removed before you buy them. Prices were great for the material and patterns designs provided by company. Hope this helps others to give the company a chance and try them. Id give them 4/5 overall.
