Lmao. Ordered a few items back in November 2020... and its now January 16 2021... still haven't gotten anything! I've emailed a bunch of times and I get.
We will let you know when we know... and no one responds. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL GET NO ITEMS OR NO REFUND.

Plenty of options, I think models with height and size of outfit being worn would help!

This company is absolute Rubbish! I have never received such cheapy made and poorly sized clothing from an online site in my life. They have been completely unreasonable about their refund process... In other words they refuse to refund or even offer a percentage of a refund for numerous clothing products that have cheap plaster clasps, poor quality materials and shocking cuts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would only shop again if they offered free returns Its risky buying and then not getting the quality you expect then losing out on the postage and packaging if your order, only to have to return again at your own cost.
I did get a refund on my items but I lost out on the FULL price due to postage. The items I received where fit for the bin

Ordered a small lingerie set, recieved small lingerie set but was way too big. Your sizes run way large

Website a bit slow loading and not sure where the shipping is from but a bit too much even if coming form Us as used other websites and wasn't as high.

Very poor quality. I ordered three Medium sized bra sets. The cup size is fine, but it strap around my body was so lose even after I tried hooking it on the third hook.

Easy to purchase, product quality is fine, but the size is way off. As an American size 8 / 10 I ordered large sizes. The items received were WAY to small. Not even close.

Overall a good shopping experience. Not impressed with some of the clothing quality. Sizing seems to run a little small. Huge selection of facemasks.

IVRose offered unique products. The product I received was damaged and their return policy is extremely difficult to follow.

I was initially excited when I received my lingerie set but that was quickly squashed when I pulled it out of the package. The only thing that fit were the bottoms, everything else was 2 sizes to large. The sewn on embellishments were so awkward and didn't seem like they were done correctly. I don't ever write reviews but it was so disappointing I felt I needed to. Maybe it'd be different if the company were close and returns were easy but they aren't. I'm in the process of working with the company on returning and fingers crossed...

The dress is beautiful the feathers came out every few seconds and left a mess.

FABULOUS products! Delivery time was a bit slow, but I expected that due to the holidays and Covid extending shipping times. Overall EXTREMELY satisfied and will be a repeat customer!

I didn't know the sizing ran smaller that what I am... I had thought it was flannel and it was too constricting

EZ to order, but tracking was a bit strange, possibly due to order placed right before holiday and the covid-19 affecting transportation.

Fabric is cute and soft. But the buttons on the bottom, none of them, will stay buttoned. They constantly pop open. It's very frustrating. I won't be getting much use of these.
