The returns process is problematic from the UK - even with contact via Whats App, Email and tracked Royal Mail (at a returns cost of £8.50) my returns have not yet been accepted. I've needed to provide further proof and remain waiting for a refund. For this reason I will not be using the site to order from again.

I received my product within a month love the clothes and the way they fit.

Customer service was great. I liked the fact that you have contacted me twice on finding out about my order. I will browse for further options but would appreciate if you could check quality of stitching before sending.

Easy ordering and delivery, can't really say the item looked like the picture. It was still nice, but the sizing didn't suit me. Hassle free customer contact on whatsapp and waiting refund/return process
