If you want to place an order with this dress you may need to size down the ruffles were too scrunched up
Products were subpar quality and returns process is a joke. Do not buy from here, they effectively stole £35 off me for nothing. I 'checked' with their returns services before I sent my items off for a refund. Had a confirmation, downloaded the 'sticker' tgat served as my return label, and sent it off. 3 weeks later, still no money and they have failed to provide adequate service for this to be resolved. I have been on the online ' chat', which conveniently times out after 1 minute or so, they're whatsapp number which was super unhelpful and the email addresses listed which all go to a dead end or don't get responded to. Avoid ghost company like the plague. What a joke. Update: still haven't had any sign of correspondence or a refund. Shameless.
Found what I needed. I ordered with regular shipping. Found it took longer to receive than I expected so I didn't have it for my event. If I order in the future I will pay for express or priority shipping. Customer service was helpful but unable to quicken shipping.
Ordered a pink dress for a wedding. Extremely poor quality and see through.
Site very good but product awful, it does not hang properly and you probably need a size 40 bust to fill out a small dress

Detailed exactly as it was, soo happy with purchase and delivery was fast.
The shipping took the max time the site gave, which is fine. Sizing is inconsistent from garment to garment. A lot of cheap fabrics and unlined pieces make it difficult to actually wear them. I'll be returning my items because of these reasons and I won't be ordering from here again.
