I have ordered first time and I was happy with the product quality

The process of ordering and receiving items is smooth and fairly fast. Remember items come from China so it takes time to receive. Quality of items is very good.

Like the Designs I returned my order as the Letter Dress was not true size very small and the Material was Very Very Poor very THIN MATERIAL. The Figure Dress again size very very small not true to size Again the Material was very Thin not good material I kept the Jacket again though the fabric not good thin more like a Blouse material. Over all very good designs good Delivery and packaging. I just Re ordered a pair of Jeans I have a pair already they are a good fit and good fabric But the New pair I ordered of the same jean is totally different Both in Fit and Fabric So NOT GOOD WHEN YOU REORDER THE SAME ITEM THEY SEND DIFFERENT Thats a very big let down puts off buying from them again As you have to Return goods and it is not good.

Fine, but there should be package automate selection as well: this is most common method for package delivery.

I read reviews before purchasing and read the size guide. However, this dress is not true to size! Ordered XL, I'm a size 14/16. It's tight fitting so won't be wearing it unless I loose some weight.

When placing my order I never got a email confirmation. Therefore, I don't know when to expect my product or how to track it. It was like walking in an unfamiliar house blindfold.
But all is not bad... when my order did come in I absolutely loved it.

Needs alterations and fabric is thinner than expected

Some items are great some are terrible quality. Very hit or miss. Wouldn't order from them for an important outfit.

You may had done a good job with delivering within the time and then asking for feedback but having spent money on a dress that doesn't look or fit like on the picture has made it all very disappointing for me.
