Can't believe it took over 17 plus days to get this product and when it arrived it didn't work properly.

I contracted iTechDeals and they were very helpful with all my needs. They were very responsive and quick to answer all questions and fulfill the needs of the customer.
I had to return a product that I purchased and it was right after the warranty period had expired. Susan from Customer Service was very helpful and relaying my information to management. The very next day Susan sent me a return label and offered either a replacement or refund - my choice.
I will definitely order from iTechDeals.com again and will recommend that my friends do the same!
I forgot the promo code at the end and just paid the regular amount, then realized I forgot it and emailed the company and they gave me the amount of the promo code back!

Ordered a Talon drone at a very good price. Once assembled, one of the motors was not working. I would have been happy to ship the item back for a replacement, but iTech chose to refund the amount of my purchase, no questions asked. I will definitely do business with them again.

Awesome customer service. I was nervous buying online for the first time from this company. I had a slight problem with their website processing a double order and they immediately credited my charge card for the second order. The customer service follow up has been remarkable! Never before have I had such outstanding service online. I even got a follow up email on a holiday. I have to also mention the emails from the customer service rep are so nice. I hope I am as happy with my item when it arrives as I have been with the service.
I have ordered from this site several times & have always had good luck. This last time I ran into some issues with what I ordered. I contacted customer service & they replied within 24 hours. Actually each time I emailed them they replied within 24 hours. I never asked for a refund but they told me they were going to issue it to me. What turned out to be what I thought was a bad experience turned into a good one. I will continue to order from this company. Anna in customer service was wonderful! I had a problem with a purchased item from iTechDeals, so I emailed them. As promised, I received a response within 24 hours from Mary in customer service, and also a website to go to to show me how to operate my item. When the item still did not work, I emailed Mary and she emailed me back and resolved my problem to my satisfaction. Customer service when things are not going right is so important, and Mary at iTechDeals knows that very well. I will buy from them again and again.
I ordered 5 cords to charge my IPhone. When they arrived, two of them did not work, I even tried them on other devices to make sure. I emailed iTechDeals and shortly received an email from them. They apologized and said they would send new cords, which they did. Throughout the process, either Susan or Mary assured me everything would be ok - and it was!
Their prompt attention and handling of this will keep me as an iTechDeals customer and I'll tell others about them!

They are selling refurbished items as new. I was told multiple times that a manager would get back to me and no such luck. You are getting a great price but don't expect the product to work for long.
I contacted customer service in regard to an item I ordered. Customer Service (Mary) sent a response apologizing for my issue. Mary then offered to right this wrong. My response was I thank you and greatly appreciate this act of kindness which is probably company policy. (Mary) Customer Service, did her job (what she was hired to do) and she did it well.
