After putting the batteries in, the display was hardly readable. The date and day would not line up. However, customer service was great. They refunded my money right away and I did not have to waste my time sending that junk back. Great customer service.

The customer Service is good. I got prompt responses and replacement order in a timely manner.

I ordered the Beats headset/combo for my daughter. There was a small bump in the delivery but Jessica, customer service agent, was promptly on the issue and I received my goods! Everything works and looks great!

I had an issue with a recent order and iTechDeals investigated and made it right. I will continue to order from them.

The site has a lot of good products to buy some are at a great price. Better then other sites. But the shipping is super slow. I know i can't have it the next day, but at least in the same week. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for some heap phones. Overall if your not in a hurry to receive your purchased its good.

ITech has great prices, good service and are easy to deal with. I had to return a purchase and they made it painless.

I had a problem with a clock that did not work. I got a fast response and will be getting a refund.

Check out Itech Deals.com before you buy anywhere else. I give these products 5 stars because they give you a full description of the product before you buy. They also give you great customer service. The prices are very affordable and shipoing is fast.

When my order didn't came ontime and delivered with partial items, they helpmed me to resolve the issue quickly.

I gave the product a 3 star rating simply for the fact that I had an issue with one of the products but if I could have given 10 stars for their customer service I would have! I worked with Amy and she was wonderful! She was very quick to respond and arrived at a solution quickly and easily. I will continue to purchase items from iTechDeals and would recommend them to others.

I bought 2 light up fidget spinners for my boys, 1 worked the other did not. Customer service was great about offering me a credit but I wanted a new fidget spinner sent. They did that and didn't even make me deal with the hassle of having to return the broken one. The rep even kept in contact me with me until I received the new one.

Stacey done an outstanding job with one of my order. She kept the communication open and made the whole process for me so simple and easy.

Ordered 3 items, only one item delivered. Inquired about where other items and no explanation offered about what the problem was. Was offered and received a refund for items not received. Customer service was very good (stacie). Won't be shopping here again based on this experience. They have neat stuff. Too bad

I ordered several products on iTechDeals and 2 out of 3 broke in less than 4 weeks. Customer service isn't helpful. No phone line. The company is shady, no official information is provided on the website. I stuck with $300 worth of broken products.

Anna was great in getting my issue resolved. Very fast response. She ensured I was satisfied and solved my problem quickly.

I needed their assistance with tracking a package - they responded to my e-mail in less than 24 hours with helpful advice. Resolved the issue.
