The site had a problem processing my order, but it went through to PayPal.

After a few emails to support, the problem was resolved and my order arrived.

I had some trouble with my order and they took care of it. They also made it super easy on me. I feel confident in purchasing from them again. Thanks Amy for excellent customer service.

I really appreciated the way and timing they were able to resolve my issue. They promptly responded. There wasn't any hesitation after I inadvertently ordered the wrong item. Would definitely shop with them again.

Mistakenly, I ordered two GPS items when I only wanted one. I emailed customer service and within 24 hours, I was assured that the erroneous one was canceled.

I purchased a fitbit which was defective ( would not charge). I contacted customer service and was provided with a shipping label, free postage and a refund extremely quickly. I will certainly purchase from iTech Deals again due to the positive experience

When I received my order in the mail from itechdeals for iPhone power cords ( there were to be 2 Cords) there was only 1 in the package. I contacted them and Stacey promptly shipped me my remaining cord. Both cords work properly and I am very pleased :)

I have ordered several items that were as advertised and priced very reasonably. I have had to email about a few of them as they took a few weeks to arrive and that was not expected. Ultimately, I received my orders and am happy with them.
