I had an item that was lost in the mail, and customer service accommodated me with a refund. No questions asked.

I received my item and it did not work properly. I contacted iTechDeals and they helped me right away... they sent me a prepaid return label and refunded my money immediately! With this kind of customer service, they are going to go a long way!
