One of my four cables would't work out of the box. Not only did the replace the broken one, but the whole order! Everything was quick and easy.

Mary replies quickly and does what she says they are going to do. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer. Great price on items often. I would ignore the negative feedback if I was you.

I was sent two separate defective sets of ear buds! I was given a refund but I waited a month and by the time I received the two defective items and eventually had to go to the store to buy a new pair.

In today's world of customer no-service, it is nice when you come across a company that goes the extra mile. Thank you iTech.

I had an issue with my fit bit and I had gotten a response right back. They offered me refund or item exchange. They were very nice and I would love to order other things from them in the future.

Jessica was amazing as she helped me get my money back for the wrong item that i received in which it was a mistake by itechdeals but jessica was kind and made my return really easy.

Excellent customer service, quick responsiveness, professional and courteous staff. Stacey was wonderful to deal with. It would take a long time to receive the item I've ordered, but again, staff was super accommodating to help with processing a return quickly.

Product was very slow to be delivered in the first place. Once arrived, the item broke in less than 4 days. No call in customer service but emails back and forth. Long wait period for responses, long wait period for refund.

I honestly will never order from them again.

I ordered the wrong item for someone and I realized after I hit submit order. I contacted the customer service and my order was canceled and PayPal was credited immediately. No hassle, no questions the order was canceled! Can't get any better than that. I definitely recommend this company.

My product arrived with a flaw and I was immediately assisted on how to return the item. Great customer service!

Bought 3 JBL earphones... 2 worked... the 3rd didn't... but luckily customer-service did refund the broken one and was responsive to my needs.

Purchased headphones, broke completely just past 30 days of delivery - wont replace or offer any credit. You get what you pay for

Buyer beware! Avoid this scam company and their low priced deals. I ordered 2 pairs of Jabra Bluetooth headphones at a great low price only to receive the wrong product in non-retail packaging. They do not answer their customer service line (it goes straight to voicemail) and trying to resolve by email is fruitless. Buy from itechdeals at your own risk!

I got a great product at the best price I could find anywhere. I had a small issue with a forgotten component of my order, and customer service swiftly corrected the issue. Can't beat the free shipping, although I wish there was an option to pay and expedite these process, but it's a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. Would totally recommend to anyone!

I purchased (2) 4-Port Family-Sized Rapid USB Wall Chargers and one of them broke about 2 weeks outside the 30 day warranty. Mary from Customer Service was able to still refund me for the one that broke. I have been in the customer service business for 25 years and this is how I treat my customers.
