My order from iTech deals with messed up and Stacy was amazingly professional and helpful in fixing it I highly recommend her for a raise and or a promotion
Purchased a Fitbit product that was not recognized as valid by Fitbit. I completed all the steps with accuracy to report the issue with the fitbit the day after the product was received. It's more than a month later and issue is still unresolved as well as the product has been returned. I still have no product, no refund, no response. All comunication is always via email, no phone contact as phone numbers are not provided, which slows response to and from customer service. I will not recommend Itechdeals.
I bought two iPads, w/ 1 yr guarantees, for my grandchildren, without knowing the 'generation' and when I got them found I couldn't download any programs or games at all. So I took them to an Apple Store, they checked them out and told me they were in good working condition but they were so out of date that there were no programs available that would make them usable in any way. I tried to return them and neither the iTechDeals Company nor the Insurance Co. Would honor the returns. I just lost $ 250. And got nothing for the money. Anybody want them? I'm giving away 2 free iPads.
I have made a number of purchases at iTechDeals and have been very pleased with the items I purchased. When I did purchase an item which was problematic, iTechDeals customer service quickly resolved the issue without any hassles.
ITechDeals is a great website to order from. They have so many different items and at really great prices. Their customer service is terrific and can usually resolve a problem in a matter of hours. I think 5 stars is a true and fair rating for iTechDeals.

Pleased with the very responsive customer service. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definetly purchase from them again.
Order was never received. Customer service was great and issued a prompt refund. On the down side, website has an issue for me - when looking at reviews I cannot advance to the next page for some reason.
After placing an order for USB cables, I changed my mind about the particular configuration I wanted to purchase. I immediately sent an email to that effect, using the handy email link on the completed order that iTechDeals emailed to me, and within a few hours, I received an email, advising me that my order was cancelled and the money returned to my account. That, is excellent customer service!
As soon as I realized I ordered the wrong thing Anna answered very quickly and ordered a refund to my account right on the spot!
The item I ordered did not work. Stacey from customer service took great care of me by means of prompt emails. After deciding that I wanted a refund, the credit was issued in less than 24 hours! Great customer service is often more important is often more valuable than the item itself.
Great experience of shopping and the customer service was amazing! I will certainly recommend to my friends to go and shopping ITech Deals without worrying about anything!

I bought a few pairs of Bluetooth headphones (reconditioned) and both didn't work properly. I contacted customer service and they gave me tips on I may have been doing wrong. None the less, that didn't help and they gave me a refund on the spot! I didn't expect that, but was pleasantly delighted. I will order from them again!

I've bought a few things from iTechDeals, and they were of varied quality (more so on the low end). Ending up buying some JBL ear buds, but they didn't work at all. Timely response from Support (Anna) and got a new pair sent over. Assuming these are being shipped internationally, as my "expedited shipping" still take over a week to arrive. Unfortunately, the replacement pair also wouldn't accept a charge. Another timely response and began the process of a refund.
So... I had a good customer service experience, but if the products being offered don't work...
Even though the ordering error was my fault, they where more than happy to correct the problem and issue a refund. I have had ordered from them several time always please with my items.
I accidentally placed an order, and tried, in a panic, to reach them by phone. I was very worried when I reached a recording that instructed me to contact them by email for the quickest response. I sent an email requesting to cancel the order, but I feared they would process the order, anyway, so I was relieved and very impressed when I woke up the following morning and found the reply email in my inbox.
With no hesitation or difficulty, they had canceled my order and issued a full refund, which had already been returned to my Paypal account. I would do business with them in the future with no hesitation--I could not have asked for a better response.
Wanna thank Jessica and the entire iTech team for making sure I was satisfied with a purchase. Especially appreciate how I was kept up to date on my issue and always promptly replied to my request. Great job iTech team!
