I purchased a pair of Powerbeats a few months ago. They stopped working and iTechDeals ask me to send them back for inspection. I didn't have a record of the sale and they looked it up for me. In a few short weeks I received a refund.
I purchased a pair of headphones for a friend as a birthday gift, only to quickly find out that he already owned them. I contacted the company asking them to cancel the order (before it had shipped). Customer service was prompt and understanding, immediately issuing me a refund. Thanks again!
I ordered Powerbeats3 for my son. When I received them they were not in the original box or packaging, they were in a white shipping box. They looked OK, but when I gave them to my son he compared them to the pair of powerbeats3 that his brother owns. He told me immediately that they were counterfeit beats. He found many differences that when you compared them side by side you knew they were knockoffs. I contacted ITechDeals expecting to not hear back or get a runaround and eat the cost, but the CS agent Jessica got right back to me and asked some questions. She kept in touch with me and said she was speaking with her manager about it. When it was all said and done she got me a refund. I shipped the headphones back and my account was refunded a couple of days later. I will never buy from this sight again, I'll stick with amazon or newegg or one of the better known sights. But I wanted to at least give Jessica credit for being so professional and helpful with this situation. Thank You Jessica.
The con of this experience is that the customer service was due to the device breaking on the 3rd day (only reason 4 stars and not 5). However, the customer service was fantastic. Jessica contacted me promptly, addressed my concern, and collected some information. Within a couple of days I was sent a return label and was approved for a full refund.
When I received the item I purchased it was incorrectly labeled and missing a part. Jessica and the customer service team were honest and helpful in the return and refund process, Thank you very much Jessica!

I ordered a Fitbit product. This came without a dongle or clasp. Mia in the support department was wonderful. She gave directions on how to access the manual. She also got me replacements for the missing items. I am now waiting for them to arrive. I have received the shipping notice. So far, I will continue to use this company and to recommend it to my family and friends.
ITechDeal has great products at great prices, some of there deals are unbeatable, and if you have a problem, they fix it.!
Purchased a item from this poor excuse of a company, I a week ago, and still have not received any shipping information from them, even after emailing them through PayPal. Com, and through their own website!
Next I will file a PayPal claim!
Do not buy from these scammers is my best advice!

I bought a pair of wireless jbl earphones, first pair, one speaker was out, promptly replaced, unfortunately the second pair worked, but would only hold a charge for about a minute. The itechdeals customer service was right on it, and refunded me the money right away. Even though the headphones didn't work out, i will be shopping from this site for other deals.
Since the beginning of my order, everything has been perfect. Jessica answers every email, in the nicest, kindest way... She is terrific...
Recently I had a very pleasant experience with customer service from iTechDeals. Even though it was a simple case of a merchandise received wasn't what I expected the customer support personnel (Ms. Susan in this case) went much beyond just helping me return the merchandise and get my refund. She made the entire experience a pleasant one. I would really commend her and I would shop with iTechDeals again in the future.

I've purchased the Bluetooth and it was defective. The return policy was great. Thorough, I also bought tow Fitbit flex for the kids when school starts. I hope they work. Return policy says contact within 5 days. I bought these over the summer.
I purchased two sets of Beats Wireless headsets and after about 5 uses, one set stopped pairing to my devices. I made contact with customer support and was offer some suggestions on what to do make them work, to no avail. I communicated with Susan and she apologized for the inconvenience, emailed me a return label and refunded the cost of the headsets in a timely manner. I appreciate her kindness throughout the process and she kept me apprised of all movements of the whole return / refund transaction. I will continue to do business with iTechDeals for the great customer service and the awesome deals on the latest, hottest techie items.
Received toothbrushes instead of two iPhone chargers, problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Actual chargers are on their way! Will order again solely based on my customer service experience.
