Decent price for on sale item. But more importantly, that when i had problem with the item, the return/refund process is smooth. No issue at all. Quick refund, easy communication. Certainly will shop again. Happy shopper.

I have been working with Jessica regarding the Beats headphones I ordered mainly for sound canceling, the product did not work correctly and I was able to return the headphones. I have done that, I have not received a refund but expect to once ITechDeals receives the product. I received very good service.

I have ordered a few things from iTechDeals. Not only do they have great products and great prices. They have provided me with excellent customer service. Delivery time is slower than most, but with the low prices I cant complain.

What can I say? The price was ridiculously low, so I suppose I cant complain about delivery time. When I did send an e-mail inquiry for shipping status, I got an immediate response. The item arrived the next day in good condition. Would definitely do business again!

I am very impressed with the prices for the items I have seen on the site, and the specials can't be beat. I accidentally ordered the wrong item (chargers that don't fit our phones -- my mistake), and customer service worked with me to refund my money -- no hassle!

For the price, cables couldn't be better. They took a long time to arrive, but still a great deal. They fill a need but would not use these for regular phone charging as they are only 3 feet long.
