The iTech Deals customer service department reached out to me when I made 3 orders in error to confirm the correct number of orders. When I let them know it was an error, they took care of it right away.

Jessica was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She did everything she could to ensure my satisfaction and kept me updated with the status of my claim. Even though my item was defective, overall I had a positive experience.

Ordered a USB car charger with micro USB. They sent a USB car charger with lightning connector and am making me jump through hoops to get the item I originally ordered. Last time I do business with them.

I am a first time customer of iTechDeals and had an issue with one of four items that I purchased from them. They acknowledged the problem and issued an immediate refund for that item. I had an issue with the shipment of my order since I never received my order. I sent an email and the they sent me new order right away which I received after few days. The sales adviser was nice. Pleasant and resolves the issue very quick

It a joke box, stay away, you pay $20 for things that not even worth 5 dollars, the customer service very bad. Very cheap items as well as customer service

Do NOT purchase any type of tech from this company. I purchased a pair of $90 Bluetooth headphones and within 5 months they were broken. I called apple to cash into my warranty because they were less than a year old just to find out that my headphones had been repaired on FIVE separate occasions. Avoid this website at all costs

The worst freaking company I ever dealt with. I ordered a router and it never came so far it's been over 1 month and I got 1 email from the company. This is outrageous! STAY AWAY!

How is this company allowed to continue doing business? It is a blatant scam! Placed an order,,, received confirmation of shipping... said it was in distribution center for DHL pick up... I assume it's still there (almost 3 weeks later). Jessica in customer service was kind enough to respond but i believe even she is getting embarassed by the mickey mouse organization she works for.
