I had ordered an item from iTechDeals and suddenly realized I'd not received an "your order has been shipped" message. I went to the purchase confirmation and found the customer service email. I corresponded with Jessica regarding the order. She was really wonderful. Professional, polite, diligent in every way. She followed up with me and when the item arrived (exactly when she said it was supposed to) I was thrilled. It's been a long time since I've experienced such care for a customer! Keep up the good work, Jessica! You just got a customer for life.

Susan attempted to track down a package that was unexpectedly delivered to my house. There wasn't any identifying information on the packaging and I neither ordered it or knew what it was. I sent a picture of the product and the packaging but after search ing your records she confirmed that it did come from your company.
While this wasn't what I was hoping for, it eliminated one of the multiple options that I needed to search.
This was probably service beyond her job description and I appreciate her help.
I did not recieve my shipment item:
Shrek Forever After Blu-Ray 3D (or 2D Standard Def) Sku - IT-BLU-RAY-3D-D4
But when I contact costumer services represenative Stacey she look into the mater and replace the item. It took about 30 days from when I order it until I got the item, but I happy it finally came. I'm just wondering if this is the replacement or orginal item since it was in the mail not UPS or fedex.
Ordered two cable pack (USB-lightning). Neither functioned on my iPad and iPhone. A quick refund was provided.
My product didn't work and I contacted support and they were very helpful about getting a refund. Came 2 days later for a PayPal refund.

Bought two jawbone fitness trackers. Both were broken and looked they'd been returned to some other company. No customer service to return to. No number and no answer to email. Scam company
Hit submit button multiple times by mistake and bank gave me run around and online payment center said nothing could be done. But when I called iTech as a last resort, the courteous agent said very friendly, No problem, and instantly fixed it! What a pleasure to be given that kind of service.

So everyone in life, one time or another, has had that experience of The Lost Order. Well, the Itek Deals customer service recognized that my order was lost and within 24 hours had solved the problem. Mind you, this was only a $2.00 order! A Very nice, efficient and can do operation.

Purchased a (refurbished) laptop which took a little longer than anticipated to receive, then, once received, it turned out to be less than impressive. Couldn't locate a phone number to call so I used the online communications portal to send a message. Surprisingly, I received a message very quickly and thankfully it was from Jessica. Jessica was tremendous to work with... she was very helpful, courteous and apologetic. She clearly communicated all that was necessary to create an RMA and to eventually return my order and once received, she quickly refunded me my full purchase price. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. For a situation that had significant potential to turn into a regrettable purchase, once Jessica was involved, all things took a turn for the better. She was excellent!

Buying on-line can sometimes feel risky; am I going to get what I expect from the picture? With iTechDeals, the product has met my expectations and when a recent shipment failed to arrive, they were quick to respond and resolve it.
I had not received my order for almost 3 weeks & I contacted customer service. Susan replied promptly letting me know it was shipped. I would have left a review that had a lot of heart in it since I didnt receive my product and was asked to leave a review. However, since then iTech Deals has really proven themselves to be a first in customer care and service. Susan from Customer Care emailed me almost immediately apologizing for the tardiness and promised to ship my products out just a quickly. She communicated with me every step of the way until I received my product. My product works really well after months of having them so that is a plus. Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
