I order a refurbished Macbook air (2011) with a 256Gb hard drive. When my order arrived I notice the hard drive has only 128Gb which was a lower price item on their catalog. The item also had severe damage to the outer case, which is normally expected from an item marked only as used, not refurbished. I immediately contacted customer service to arrange a replacement and after a couple of days of back and forth communication they guarantied that the original purchase item was available on their inventory. I specified that if the originally posted item with the advertised hard drive capacity was not available, I would prefer to keep the one that was shipped and suggested that some sort of monetary refund was issued for the difference in the configuration; they confirmed that the item was in fact available and I sent the computer I received back. After a couple of days waiting for an answer, and after the customer service representative told me that she was making sure my item was going to be delivered, I received an email saying that unfortunately the item was not available and a refund would be issued. To me this is just a matter of false advertising and by issuing the refund they just wanted to make sure the case was closed and no further action could be taken on my part. This type of practices affect customer's confidence in the online business model having to rely on luck when it comes to the quality of service or the products you purchase. Other small online vendors are affected as well, because at least in my case I would think twice to purchase from an independent vendor instead of just purchasing from one of the big companies like Amazon or Walmart, even if it means expending a little bit more; the peace of mind of those companies return policies gives me that extra value.
I have to agree that this site is definitely a scam like the prior reviews. I purchased lg headphones and I contacted the company after I received these and let them know I received a used pair of headphones, they even had some gunk on the earpiece. They replied that they are refurbished and it states it all the way at the bottom in small print. I asked for a return and they are making me pay for return shipping along with a restocking fee. Will never order again from this company, buyers beware of their products are used, I wouldnt consider them refurbished since my pair still had ear gunk on the ear piece. Stay away.
I ordered a desktop radio/clock at a great price. Received it in the mail after a few weeks. Plugged it in. Did not work. Contacted iTechDeals.com Customer Service via e-mail. Received a prompt response. They refunded my price to my credit card account. Great service. Completely satisfied. I will continue to do business with iTechDeals.com in the future.
I ordered wireless earbuds. They gave me a tracking number, but the item was never shipped. I attempted to contact them by phone and email, no response. I then filed a claim with PayPal and they sent PayPal a different tracking#. The item arrived 28 days after purchase defective. I am currently filing another claim with PayPal for defective equipment. I will also be contacting the BBB for further action to be taken. Buyers beware. Scam site.
I ordered earbuds for my husband, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful in assisting with my return. I've been a customer for some time now and I keep coming back.
This guys guaranteed me a box not less value of $99. I just got garbage with a value of not more of $35 box. I explained my concern and they told me i gotta pay for shipping if a wanted to send it back. I knew it was a surprise box. That is not the problem. They problem was they lied about the price of this box. Completely a scam. And the customer service took forever to answer. Not serious company.
I ordered a pair of Beats headphones and I never received them even though, the post office tracking information says it was delivered. They wrote and said they would run an inverstigation and they would get back to me within 3 weeks. They never followed through and I never received a refund nor did I ever get a replacement for the headphones. Why is it the customers fault if USPS messes up? The customer should not be liable when they have paid for an item. You don't just get to keep a customer's money and think it's ok! Horrible customer service and horrible company. I'm reporting you to the better business bureau!

When I attempted to use the items I couldn't get them to work properly and after several attempts over a few days I contacted iTechDeals customer service. They replied the next day and asked several questions to verify what was going on. They offered an RMA for a full refund. It was easy and painless. Great company to work with.

Received my susrprise box and to my surprise, nothing but a box of junk. Items I think were found in the garbage, maybe $4.00 worth of junk for $19.99. Yeah I could send it back but spending good money on top of bad is no answer. Please take heed and do not throw your hard earned money away, I have already punched myself in the head for being stupid..

I ordered 3 Logitech Harmony 650 - 8 Device Universal Remote Control on Feb 27th, never received the product, the tracking shows it was returned on March 12th, located at their business, and each email from Jessica is waiting till it returns to the warehouse. Today is the 29th, and they have stopped responding to my emails.

I was not expecting much other than being disappointed. They really delivered and took it to a new low. Took two weeks to get in their "Surprise Box". The big surprise was that the box is a lot more valuable than the junk that is included.
I ordered two items, but I was not able to get either to work. I contacted iTechDeals and heard back within 24 hours. A return was authorized. I received my refund within 24 hours of their receiving the items.
The only thing that would be an improvement would be for them to pay for the return postage if items are defective.
The item I ordered didn't show up after 3 weeks, so I contacted support. The reply was almost instant. They offered to refund or replace, the next day it arrived. I'm not sure where the post office sent it first, so I won't give them 5 stars, but iTechDeals did all the correct things. Thanks!

Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
